This stone cottage rests comfortably within the Vale of York in the market town of Easingwold and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Please note: In the kitchen, there is a locked door which leads to a home office belonging to the property owner

Providence Cottage is a wonderful property located in the market town of Easingwold. It comprises three bedrooms; two doubles and a one zip/link super king-size double, all with en-suite shower rooms. There is also a kitchen and an open-plan living room with a dining area and sitting area. To the outside is an elegantly English enclosed garden and off-road parking for two cars. Providence Cottage is a marvellous base to choose for your trip to the Yorkshire region.

Amenities: Electric underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Smart TV in lounge plus TV in each bedroom with Freeview, WiFi. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available on request. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Enclosed garden with furniture. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop 4 miles and pub 30 mins walk. Property all on ground floor, stairs showing in photo lead to storage area in eaves only. Please note: In the kitchen, there is a locked door which leads to a home office belonging to the property owner, which at some future date will be added to the cottage as further accommodation.There is also a door to a rear courtyard which can be used as quick access to the kitchen.

There is also a community centre with a fitness suite. Close by are many villages and lanes making it ideal for cycling. York, Ripon, Harrogate and Knaresborough and Yorkshire’s old famous abbey sites are all within easy reach.
