It comprises two bedrooms; a ground floor twin and a double with a ground floor shower room and a first floor bathroom with bath and shower separate. There is also a conservatory with a sitting area and a first floor kitchen with a dining area. Outside is a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Lydney has a range of shops, a leisure centre and sports facilities, as well as pubs, cafes and restaurants serving a wide variety of meals. The Royal Forest of Dean, England's largest oak forest and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, boasts numerous trails that can be explored on foot, by bike or on horseback. Caving, abseiling and a high wire rope course are for the more adventurous, whilst fishing, golf, kayaking and canoeing are other popular activities in this area.
