It can all be yours at the Ritz Carlton Club, St. Thomas. A privileged few have the pleasure to vacation at the private half moon bay with luxurious appointments and legendary Ritz Carlton service.
The Club Suite features two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom; living room, bistro kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a cooktop, convection/microwave oven and refrigerator, washer and dryer and 500 square feet of balcony space.
Sleeping accommodations for six are arranged with a king in the Master bedrooom and two double beds in the second bedroom, and a pull out queen sleeper in the living room that housekeeping can turn into a featherbed nightly. All stays include twice daily housekeeping, wifi and self parking. Club Suites are in the Gardenia and Heliconia buildings.
The advantage to a vacation at this pristine destination is the amenities of a hotel (room service, twice daily maid service, spa products in each master suite, activities, spa, restaurants, beach side dining and cocktails, tasteful, high end decor with top of the line finished such as marble and mahogany, personally assigned concierge, etc.) combined with the expanse and amenities of a private rental.
With the Ritz Carlton Club, St. Thomas, guests are contacted by their personal concierge to discuss stocking of groceries prior to arrival, transport form the airport and reservations, babysitting, or special needs. So many options are available through the resort and Club that many visitors find that they do not want to leave the expanse of the Ritz Carlton. Steps from the beach and several pools (infinity pools, a dedicated adults only pool and family friendly pool), acclaimed Ritz Kids program which brings children together for fun and affords parents a day of well deserved relaxation, gradual entry clear water private beaches (appx. ¾ mile), a 55-foot catamaran from which to view the sunset or to visit an uninhabited island for the day with a picnic lunch, top of the line spa for massages, facials, and all cutting edge spa services, fitness and wellness center, wine tastings, steel drum band, wildlife and garden tours, tiki torch-lined evening beach strolls, welcome receptions, resident iguanas looking to be fed hibiscus flowers, dining options including four diamond fine dining with an expansive wine list, open air casual dining, poolside bar and grills and private chefs to create a tasting menu in the comfort of your own residence. Red Hook marina is within walking distance and provides travel to neighboring islands such as St. John and St. Croix.
Environmental impact fee is $25 a day, Owner guest fee is $200 per stay.
Reservations crossing reservations weeks may be subject to a fee of $150.
If a residence move is scheduled, all personal items must be packed for the bellman to move or an additional fee of $250 will be incurred.
Seasonal Sargassum seaweed may be present seasonally.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.
Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.
Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
