REALLY CHARMING 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT BENEFITTING FROM A SUPERKING BED TO THE MASTER BEDROOM WITH BEAUTIFUL FURNISHINGS THROUGHOUT. EVERYTHING IS PROVIDED TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A TRULY COMFORTABLE STAY.

Little people can be accommodated upon request - we can provide a travel cot with bedding and sleep bags from 1-36 months, together with a high chair if necessary.

Being used to staying in hotels for days and often weeks at a time I designed my apartment to be less constrictive with all your home comforts and ample space to allow you to relax and enjoy your visit.

My apartment is comfortable, bright and modern and is a place I hope you will enjoy staying in.

It is on the second floor so there are two flights of stairs for access. The apartment is set just 200 yards from Darlington Train Station and only 100m from the theatre and town centre which gives access to numerous bars, restaurants and a new cinema complex.

I had tried to anticipate travellers needs and ensured the apartment offers a wealth of features to make sure your stay is as enjoyable and stress free as possible

The bright welcoming entrance hallway has a lovely old antique coat and hat stand - with umbrellas provided!
This leads to a bright newly installed kitchen with built in oven and hob, washer dryer , fridge freezer and plenty storage cupboards filled with all necessary cutlery and crockery.
The homely lounge with huge comfy sofa and additional armchair provides a really welcoming and relaxing area for guests. There is also a beautiful dining table that can seat 6 and can also be used as a desk. The lounge also has a large TV, free fast wifi and radio with USB plugs for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a superking size sleigh bed with a choice of feather or hollowfibre duvet and pillows, side tables and my lovely hare table lights! All bed linen and bathrobes are provided. There is also a large built in wardrobe with full length mirror.

The second bedroom has a double bed under the eaves with bedside tables and a dressing table. With quirky decor this is a lovely bright room.

The bathroom is modern and has a full length bath with shower over and white suite. There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided along with essentials such as soap and toilet roll. Towels are provided including large fluffy bath sheets. Further towels can be provided upon request

Cleaning is provided free of charge during your stay (with your agreement) for stays of over 5 days and bedding and towels etc are changed at least weekly during longer stays.

I have four other apartments in my purpose built building and these can be combined for larger groups to sleep up to 16.
