Appréciation séjour

Pour avoir séjourné dans plusieurs appartements qui n'ont pas correspondu à mon attente, cet appartement pour séjour vacances dans construction ancienne exposé L’Est-Sud, parking 3 places, et jardinet en contrebas est bien situé à 10 min à pied de tout commerce du centre ville. Vue sur environnement montagnard par large baie à double vitrage dans séjour, ouverture sur balcon en surplomb du parking. Coin cuisine récent, bien aménagé hotte aspirante, plaque de cuisson, four, robot en parfait état de fonctionnement. Note 4 sur 5 en accord avec les labels. 3 clévacances et 3 étoiles par la préfecture.

remarque

1) Contrairement à la photo, la vue sur le cambre d'Aze n'est pas directe du séjour. Elle n'est visible que par un petit angle. Le logement n'est pas exposé au Sud, mais à l'Est. 2) En face du séjour, il y a d'autres habitations de l'autre côté de la rue très passante. 3) Logement loué en rez-de-chaussée, avec au-dessus une autre location, qui, à l'époque de notre séjour, n'était pas isolée phoniquement du rez-de-chaussée, ce qui a induit beaucoup de bruit..Nous avons été contraints de quitter notre location avant la fin du terme.(pas de pb pour nous faire rembourser notre semaine non utilisée par la propriétaire) 4) A savoir également que la cuisine ne dispose d'aucune fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Il faut sans cesse de l'éclairage électrique.
