Great house located in France, Villecroze, in the Var region vineyards (83), 20 km west of Draguignan, in a beautiful quiet rural setting, 35 km south of Lake St. Croix and 70 km from Saint-Tropez. For 8 people, 4 bedrooms with very good beds, 3 shower rooms (one outside), 4 WC (one outside), fully equipped American kitchen, washing machine and dryer, TV, internet fast, large bright living room, heating / air conditioning. Secure swimming pool 10x5 m. Large terraces recently renovated with shade sail (200 m2, 70 m2 around the pool, 120 m2 of living relatives and 20 m2 covered for meals), BBQ, garden furniture, large private and fenced (4000 m2 ), with bowling (13x4 m). The building is well insulated and even in summer the house remains cool (air conditioning). Floor heating by geothermal energy.
The house is located in a residential neighborhood in the countryside and along a private cul-de-sac.

Séjour très agréable dans une villa très confortable
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la villa de Didier tout à fait conforme à la description qui en est faite sur le site. Nous avons apprécié le confort de la maison (bonne literie, climatisation dans le séjour, belles prestations...) ainsi que la piscine très bien entretenue et le boulodrome. Nous recommandons cette location.

Parfait !
Excellent séjour dans cette maison parfaitement équipée. Nous avons apprécié l’environnement calme, la propreté et le confort de la maison. La piscine est très agréable et très bien exposée. Tout est conforme à l’annonce, rien ne manque pour un séjour parfait en famille.

Rustig gelegen villa met grote omheinde tuin en heerlijk zwembad
We hebben heerlijk genoten, de villa biedt veel privacy zowel binnen als buiten als je met meerdere volwassenen bent. Grote tuin waar je altijd wel een plekje in schaduw kunt vinden. Heerlijk zwembad. Wat ons tegen viel was toch wel de afstand naar dorpje of winkels. Dus auto is echt een pre.

Superbe villa
L accueil est tres bien . Personnes acceuillantes. La villa est conforme a la description. Elle est tres belle et bien climatise a l interieure. Tous ce qu il faut pour passer une superbe semaine .la piscine est bien positionner et toujours au soleil . Environnement calme . Bon contact avec le propriétaire. Il faudrait peut etre juste rajouter une machine a cafe a dosette. 🙂

Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette maison. Nous avons été accueilli par Pascale qui est très sympathique. Franck qui est venu pour la piscine est de très bons conseils concernant les lieux à visiter. Le prioritaire est très à l’écoute est compréhensif. La région est magnifique avec des activités très variées (proximité de la mer et des gorges du verdon, parc aquatique hyper sympa, villages très pittoresques…). Merci pour ce séjour dans cette belle région.

Très belle maison, très bien équipée. Extérieurs (terrasses, jardin, piscine) magnifiques. Très calme et très bien située, à 1/2 heure des lacs et Gorges du Verdon. Très belle région.

Sehr schönes Haus und Grundstück, alles da, ruhig, perfekt zur Erholung. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Man benötigt ein Auto für Bäcker, Einkaufen usw.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette villa familiale. Nous avons aimé la maison ainsi que tous les équipements: piscine, boulodrome, table de Ping Pong! Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute et réactif! Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Familienurlaub in tollem Haus
Die Villa ist wirklich toll und hat den französischen Charme den man schon auf den Bildern in der Beschreibung erkennt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir den großen Pool, den eingezäunten Garten für unseren Hund und den Boolplatz. Auch in der Küche war alles vorhanden, genug Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck, und alles, was man zum kochen und zur Selbst-Verpflegung benötigt. Ein wirklich kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Klimaanlage nur den großen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich kühlt und nicht die Schlafzimmer. Durch die vorhandenen Rolladen ließen sich die Schlafzimmer aber trotz heißer Tage im Juli sehr gut kühl halten. Für die vielen Mücken kann der Vermieter absolut nichts, daher ist dies keine Kritik, aber vielleicht könnten Insektengitter an den Fenstern die Villa nochmal besser machen als sie ohnehin schon ist. Bei Fragen war der Vermieter sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Super séjour au calme !
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Tous soulignons la vétusté du mobilier ainsi que les transats qui méritent d'être remplacés. Nous avons tout de même adoré l'espace extérieur avec cette belle et grande piscine! Magnifique terrain extérieur bien entretenu! A refaire !

Excellent lieu de vacances à Villecroze!
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Villecroze. La maison répondait parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce, mieux même. Elle est spacieuse, très confortable, à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur : beaux espaces intérieurs, confort et propreté impeccables, équipement complet et en très bon état, cour ombragée très agréable, grand jardin fleuri et belle piscine. Très calme. La région est magnifique : possibilités de balades dans les collines, jolis villages à proximité (églises, placettes, marchés…), visites de caves ! Le village, Villecroze (charmant), est à quelques minutes en voiture, mais l’accès à pied nécessite 45 minutes de marche par un sentier parfois escarpé, sauf à suivre la route relativement passante. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette demeure !
