All guests need to bring linens, towels, and paper products. Hatteras Jack is decorated and furnished to the owners taste. Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Cutlery, Silverware, Glasses, Mattress Pads, Pillows and Blankets/Comforter are provided. Reservation Fees, Partial Stay Fees, Dogs Only with Pet Fee, Tax and Insurance Apply.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $50.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. Please notify our office of any changes as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued due to lack of fish or inclement weather. House in great location but needs updating

I’m not one to normally complain, but when you are spending this much money on a home for a week, you should know what you’re getting. If you’re alone or don’t plan on spending much time in the house it’s great, don’t have back problems, or asthma it’s great. The house is older so it’s drafty and A LOT of the moisture gets in causing mildew/ moldy air ducts and for me personally it’s difficult to breathe in that air quality, the beds made me feel about 30 years older and the bathrooms are usable but both in need of a good cleaning and some renovation. We got this house to save a few dollars but spent so much money just to spend time away from the house when recovering from the sun.

Bring sheets and towels!

It’s been years since we had to bring sheets and towels and I missed it in the check in paperwork. Luckily, Dollar General (20 min) had both. It is a sweet old house, small, worn, with nothing fancy. Only one TV was tough with 8 people and it appears no working cable. With that said, we loved the location and have a wonderful stay there and would go back.
