Welcome to Delfini Villa, an exquisite 400m2 property crafted with meticulous attention to detail and built to the highest standards. Perched atop a privileged hill, this villa offers awe-inspiring panoramic views of the Cretan sea, the surrounding area, and the majestic mountains, providing an ideal vantage point to witness breathtaking sunsets.


While nestled in a secluded setting, Delfini Villa also benefits from its convenient proximity to all amenities, ensuring you have everything you need for an unforgettable summer vacation within hands reach. Spanning across two floors, this luxurious haven comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests in plush beds, with the flexibility to expand the capacity to 12 if needed, thanks to its thoughtfully designed 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Ground Floor

Entering to the villa in the ground floor there is a beautifully decorated spacious open plan area, featuring the living room, equipped with an open fireplace, 55; HDTV with Netflix, sound system and Bluetooth Speaker, working desk, Playstation 4 console and a variety of games. Next to it an indoor dinning area for 10 guests is available. The room has large windows and doors provide access to the pool terrace, offering amazing sea views, as well as the rear part of the garden. Three steps up the fully equipped kitchen is equipped with branded electrical appliances and an island counter with an extra sink, allowing you to experiment on your cooking skills!

From the hallway a corridor leads you to the three of the bedrooms of the Villa.

All of them have 32 HDTV, air conditioning and in all of them the beds can be used either as 2 single beds (0.90 cm X 2.00 m) or 1 King Size bed (1.80 m X 2.00 m), according to your needs.

Two of the bathrooms share an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, which can lock on either side. But there is also an additional bathroom, with shower cabin, so each bedroom can have its own bathroom. The master bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom with large shower cabin, walk-in closet, and amazing sea and country side views, overlooking the pool terrace.

Lower level

On this level of Delfini Villa guests can find a second kitchen with washing machine and clothes dryer, a siting area with a double sofa bed, which can accommodate 2 more guests, as well as a wine cellar. The wine cellar offers a huge variety of wine selections and you will find a price list available in the villa. Additionally, the remaining two bedrooms of the Villa are located here. Both are air conditioned and in one of them the beds can be used either as 2 single beds (0.90 cm X 2.00 m) or 1 King Size bed (1.80 m X 2.00 m). The first bedroom has 2 32 HDTV and offers direct access to the garden.

The master bedroom features a large double bed, with a room walk-in closet, no split beds, 42 TV, sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and hydromassage column. Furthermore, inside the room there is a bathtub and sink. The master bedroom leads to the lawn covered garden where the second outdoor dining table and siting area are located and you can reach the pool after ascending a few stairs. Finally, an extra family bathroom with a bathtub is available.

But what will really take your breath away is the outdoor facilities of Delfini Villa, which offers amazing, panoramic views of the sea and mountains and also include:

-55 m2 private heated swimming pool (1,40 m deep) equipped umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The pool is ecological and it can also be heated upon request, with an additional charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

The villa is located just next to the village "Atsipopoulo", a well known village which has grown up fast in last 10 years and now is actually a small town and a suburb of Rethymno city. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services.

The spot of the villa is ideal for people who want a quiet place to relax but to be close to everything. It is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.

Finally, the lively town of Rethymno, where you can find a big variety of shops, restaurants, cafes, all kinds of amenities, as well as a long organised sandy beach, is just a short drive away.
