It is a spacious property set out over three floors, and can accommodate up to 7 guests in four bedrooms Seagulls Rest In Minehead is a stone-built semi-detached holiday home dating back to the Victorian era. It's literally just a stones throw to Minehead sea front from the front door, just cross the road and you are there!

The front door entrance is at the side of the property into a small Hall with stairs leading to the first floor and the sitting room to the left and the dining room to the right. The sitting room is at the front of the cottage both windows affording lovely views over the Bristol Channel. The dining room has a large table with ample room to seat 8. The kitchen is the far side of the dining room and an external door leads to the courtyard garden. At the far end of the kitchen is the shower room, with toilet and hand basin. On the first floor there are two of the bedrooms, one double bedroom with dressing room area and sea views, and one single bedroom (also with sea view). The family bathroom is also on the first floor, comprising corner bath, shower unit, toilet and hand basin. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor, one double bed and one twin (with sea view).

Two dogs (max) are welcome by prior arrangement, for supplement of £15. Please do not leave your dogs alone in the property and do not allow them on the furniture.
