Villa Maronja, with its 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodates 8 guests; it has been newly renovated and lovingly refurbished with modern fixtures, fittings and luxury furnishings, complimented by rustic accents such as exposed stone interior walls. The villa is located in an exclusive and quiet area with fabulous mountain views, just a short walk from the centre of town and an easy 10 minute drive to the sandy beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.

On the ground floor is a sleek, ultra-modern fitted kitchen with top of the range appliances for your convenience including ovens, hob, microwave, wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine, there is also an island with breakfast bar where you can chat with company while preparing a meal and delightful double aspect views of the gardens as well as a spacious dining area with large, round table and chairs seating 8. The bright living area has been tastefully decorated, containing a flat screen internet and Sky tv where you can watch an evening movie on the comfortable sofa or relax with friends and family while enjoying the beautiful terrace views through impressive floor to ceiling glass doors. From the living room you can reach the first en-suite bedroom, crisply presented, it has the good fortune of possessing its very own patio access through stylish glass doors.

Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms all finished to an excellent standard with ample storage and built in wardrobes, 2 of the bedrooms feature Juliette balconies, allowing you to fully appreciate the countryside and mountain views beyond, whilst 1 even has a lavish, freestanding bathtub!

There are several outdoor terraces with tables and plenty of seating for alfresco dining, an attractive private pool for cooling dips or fun splashing around with the kids, the sun loungers are perfect for sunbathing or drying off after being in the pool and there are opulent double daybeds from where you can chill out in the landscaped garden and maximise your enjoyments of Mallorca’s climate, in addition there is a soft play area with children’s Wendy house for entertaining the little ones. Please note that the pool can also be gated on request.

Please be aware:
- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking
- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person
- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
- pool heating: is available for an additional 700 EUR per week.
