Semi-detached 'special' villa on two floors, well-looked after. Air conditioning, parking space, WIFI, BBQ, mosquito netting. Covered terrace for meals outside, patio and small garden. The residential area of Cinquale is very quiet and green with elegant villas of a certain level. No high apartment blocks or big hotels. The nearest shop is at 300m. The inside road along the Via Intercomunale offers a nice walk to the beach. Ideal for bicycles as well. The beaches are sandy and large and private beach establishments or free beaches are at about 1350m.

Eine wunderschöne Aufenthalt in Massa
Gesamt gesehen eine wunderschöne Aufenthalt in einem schönen Ort namens Massa. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten war alles perfekt. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Agentur hat auf unsere Anrufe sofort reagiert und uns bei Fragen sehr unterstützt. Die Kleinigkeit die uns etwas gestört haben, wie z.b kein Klopapier bei der Anreise oder Seifenspender, wir sind spät abends angereist. Auch kein oder sehr schlechter WLAN im Erdgeschoss. Man kann evtl. den Router versetzen oder Repeater kaufen, die anderen Gäste werden dankbar sein. Gruß Thomas

Sehr nette und freundliche Besitzer, immer stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Großen Dank an Stefano und seine Frau für die Gastfreundlichkeit und die leckere Lasagne. Das Haus ist super sauber und stimmte 100% mit der Online-Beschreibung. Sehr gepflegter Hof und die kleine Palissade haben uns jeden Tag gefreut. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Apuanische Alpen ist atemberaubend. Sehr ruhige Lage, was uns auch sehr gefallen hat. Der Strand ist zwar bisschen weit, man braucht 20 Min. zu Fuß um ihn zu erreichen. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht so übel, so dass wir unsere Spaziergänge mit Kinder auch genossen haben. Der Strand ist sehr sauber. Es gab nicht so viele Leute. Wir haben einen freien bzw. kostenlosen Starnd gewählt, aber daneben sind die private Strände, wo man für sein Geld mehr Komfort und einen Parkplatz für sein Auto haben kann. Um die Ecke des Hauses gibt es ein Supermarkt, wo man alles kaufen kann, Bäckerei und Apotheke. Kleine Pizzeria (Pizza schmeckt sehr lecker, kann süchtig machen:)), Eisdiele und Coctailbar sind auch in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sonst sind andere Restourrants in der nähe vom Strand und man muss dann mit dem Spaziergang oder einer Fahrt rechnen. Wir sind mit unseren Urlaub sehr zufrieden und können das Haus weiter empfehlen, wenn man keine Angst von langen Spaziergängen hat.
