Barcelona Flat

Staying at your flat was fantastic. Check in was easy and Joan communicated with us at every step. He was so accommodating as we came in on a cruise ship and had no idea when we would get there. The flat was well furnished, beds were comfortable and the views outstanding. We were able to find a store for food very close, restaurants, and many wonderful things to see. Close to everything! We appreciated the coffee, water and Cava. We will be back!

Great Location-Nice Outdoor Space

This apartment is located in the heart of the Goethic area, a short walk to the Rambla and many restaurants. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, but note there are many steps and uneven flooring. Kitchen is extremely small but dining area easily seats 6. Living room is sparsely furnished. Heating and a/c work great.

Lovely apartment, centrally located

What a lovely apartment! Staying here made our stay in Barcelona so much better. HIGHLY recommended! We loved the easy walking distance to subway, market, Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas, Barcelona Cathedral, etc. Building has an elevator than can handle a max of 4 people (much easier than climbing all those stairs…) The two balconies were lovely to relax in, and we had the air conditioned apartment for cooling off from the hot summer days. Kitchen was small with very limited storage but sufficient kitchen equipment such as plates, cutlery, etc. Owners were kind enough to leave us some water and coffee to get us started. Coffee makers available were a French press and a Nespresso machine (pods provided). No dishwasher, had to wash and dry dishes by hand. Living/dining room area was comfortable, it was nice to have a large table for our group to share meals. Apartment is not on one level, you need to go up/down a step or two to move from room to room, and up a set of stairs for two of the bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedrooms were comfortable but small, they had very limited storage and just a few clothes hangers in the closets. We had to store luggage outside some of the rooms. Towels were provided, also sheets for the beds but no blankets. Washing machine could only handle small loads, and was inside upper bathroom, drying was done on a rack on a balcony but no clothing pins provided (thankfully we had our own), I'd be worried about clothes being blown away since there was a nice breeze, though our clothes did dry quickly. Owner was very nice, available via phone, responded when texted and checked periodically to make sure we were happy. If you’re coming in from the airport, suggest you take the Aerobus to Plaza Catalunya then travel from there to the apartment – very convenient and easy!
