This very spacious T2 with capacity for up to 5 people, 2 large balconies with the possibility of BBQ and outdoor eating, just 5 minutes walk from the beach (300m), has everything needed to enjoy a great holiday in area without traveling by car.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is included to keep you connected as well as several TV channels for your entertainment.

An amazing trip

What a wonderful apartment. Joao has created a wonderful space. It's bright, airy and has everything you need. The beds were so comfy and huge! Perfect position in Manta Rota. What a wonderful village. The most beautiful beaches, people and walks. We wish we could return tomorrow. We will definitely be back.

Apartamento moderno, muito limpo, onde não faltava nada, muito bem equipado. Muito conforto, muito gosto na decoração e muito bem organizado. Bem localizado. Fácil e curto acesso à praia. Alles entsprach den Erwartungen.

Sehr sauber, sehr gepflegtes Apartment. Alles so wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. 4 Minuten zum Strand. War in der Nebensaison dort. Daher auch keine Lärmbelästigung. Geräuschkulisse in der Hauptsaison kann ich nichts zu sagen. Weil ich nicht weiß, was alles geöffnet hat. Zu der Jahreszeit würde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sogar einen Begrüßungskuchen gab es. Fand ich sehr nett.

Very nice property

The apartment was spacious, light-filled, well equipped, and very clean. The owner supplied towels and bedding each week and cleaned the apartment after 2 weeks. The balconies were terrific, and the beach was a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

Óptimo apartamento para quem quer estar na linha da praia.

Do apartamento à praia, a pé, não serão mais de 10 minutos a andar num passo moderado. A localização /envolvência não é a minha preferida, muita confusão em volta do quarteirão, de bares e restaurante, contudo tem o benefício de ter tudo "à porta de casa", inclusive um pequeno supermercado. O João foi 5 estrelas na comunicação, no auxílio, e respondeu rápido e assertivamente a todas as solicitações. Apartamento decorado com sobriedade e gosto, tendo todos os utensílios e comodidades necessárias para uma estadia agradável. Único senão terá sido a limpeza, notamos no checkin que no que toca à limpeza, podem ter dado o melhor, mas não foi o suficiente. Se voltaria? Sim.

Excelente apartamento

Gostámos muito da estadia no Apartamento. Está muito bem localizado, muito perto da praia e com supermercados, restaurantes, bares e diversões, também muito perto. O apartamento é excelente. Com divisões grandes, todas com ar condicionado e com duas varandas e um terraço. A cozinha também está bem equipada. Certamente, iremos voltar.

Appartement spacieux très cool et bien équipe

On a passé une semaine à 3 dans cet charmant appartement à Manta Rota. Il est très spacieux, très cool et super bien équipé avec vaisselles ustensiles de cuisine et appareils de cuisine il y a même une presse.agrumes électrique. Je n'ai jamais vu autant de matériel dans un appartement de vacances ! Il y a 3 balcons ! Sur le plus grand on a fait plusieurs barbecues. C'était excellent et fantastique ! Les lits sont très confortables même si les matelas sont un peu dures, mais moi je préfère ça. La belle plage est à 300 m et facile d'accès. On peut quasiment y aller en maillot de bain. Le seul b-moll c'est le bruit dans la rue causé par des vacanciers qui rentre tard en discutant à haute voix...la seule solution c'est soit de fermer la fenêtre soit de mettre des boules quiesses... Moi je recommandé cet appartement si on peut on y retourne l'an prochain !
