About this property

This gorgeous single story house with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe has been totally remodeled and features every amenity. Access to the stunning private Lake Tahoe Park Beach club is included. Our house features a lovely gourmet kitchen and master bath with jetted tub, two fireplaces, huge L- shaped deck overlooking the Lake with a Sundance Spa, new luxury mattresses, gas BBQ and an electric car charging station in the garage. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cookware and a myriad of appliances and utensils for meals from casual to gourmet.

This warm and welcoming house has amazing Lake views from the master bedroom, second king bedroom, living and dining rooms and sun room. Designed and built by the locally revered team of Morton and Beck, our custom home is beautifully furnished in Tahoe style. We proudly offer exclusive entry to the Lake Tahoe Park Association private beach club. The living room is ample and the furnishings are constantly upgraded and top quality.There is high-speed internet service with WiFi, Big screen HD Smart TV, Apple TV and a wireless printer. Free landline phone service within the US. Every bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV. The house features two bedrooms with king size beds as well as a bunk room with 4 twin beds and a queen size sofa bed in the living room.

Our home is nearly 3,000 square feet and features two fireplaces, one woodburning and the other with a remote control gas log. There is a private patio in the front with a large stainless steel gas BBQ ( the BBQ is available when snow is not present) and in the back, a huge, wrap-around deck with panoramic views facing Lake Tahoe. Paneled in first- cut redwood, the house has an extensive collection of board games for guest use, as well as pop-up beach shelter and umbrella, rolling cooler and beach wagon. Hundreds of books, from recent bestsellers to comic strip collections to hiking and fishing guides to the area are available for guest use. The huge, living room flat screen TV now features smart capabilities - you may order any form of entertainment you enjoy and view it instantaneously. The new flat screen in the rear king bedroom also features Apple TV.

Guests enjoy a free membership to the Lake Tahoe Park lakefront beach club. This private club located on the shore of Lake Tahoe, features two long piers, BBQs and lakefront picnic tables, horseshoes, volleyball and basketball courts, a playground for the kids and many grassy areas. Enjoy Lakefront watercraft, beach activities, picnics and cookouts with stunning views or just a nap in the sun with the Lake as a backdrop!

We are located three miles from Tahoe City in Talmont Estates. Reno is approximately 45 minutes away and Incline Village, Nevada is 25 minutes. The ski resorts of Homewood ( 5 minutes away), Granlibakken ( 1 minute), Palisades and Alpine ( 20 minutes) are all close by. Dining options are extensive and varied, from four-star restaurants to innovative family fare. Every form of outdoor adventure is readily available nearby - skiing, snowboarding, hiking, world class trout fishing, ATV's, parasailing, watercraft rental of all types, etc. Come enjoy Tahoe at its best!

Great place with amazing and beautiful view of the lake. Everything about the house is very clean and neat, well organized .Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. It was a perfect vacation house, kids loved the house, the hot tub and our stay here.

Fabulous home

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful rental. The epic view follows you throughout the home and the sunrises are gorgeous. There are many details that make the stay very comfortable - soft towels, well equipped kitchen, cute bear soaps, thermostats for specific rooms, items for families with young children, and more. We are looking forward to coming back again - hopefully sooner rather than later!

Family reunion

Home was perfect for us. Bedrooms on opposite end of house from public areas allowing for baby naps and work calls. Kitchen very well equipped. Garage for parking was huge benefit during two snowfalls. Host very easy to work with on early entry.

Absolutely amazing stay!

In short, the house was spectacular, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. It surpassed expectations and we siblings agreed, it was well worth the money. It was a fantastic way to celebrate our dad’s 80th. We remarked on how everything was of top quality, clean and brand new, and how Cindy had thought of everything when it comes to a brilliant comfortable stay. Everything you could possibly need for a luxurious stay is right there from rose petal bath salts to loads of toys and games. The hot tub was sublime. The fireplaces totally cosy. Beds were so comfy. My daughter LOVED the bunk bed. Everything was so tastefully furnished. We had sunny and snowy days, and all were just magical thanks to this property. So well placed too for gorgeous areas such as Emerald Bay and the totally charming Tahoe City. It was very very hard to leave the property on Thursday! Cindy was an amazing and absolutely lovely host. She answered queries straightaway. Even when VRBO sent us the wrong check in instructions, she was on hand straightaway to resolve the matter. Then she called us personally to ensure we were settled and had everything we needed. The views are magnificent and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the lake and mountains. The private beach club is just awesome, great picnic spot by the lake. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Huge thanks to Chris the property manager for recommending Taylor Creek where we were delighted to see 5 bears.

Beautiful and comfortable

This house has stunning views of the lake from the patio and from both the primary and secondary bedrooms. Even at night, we could see the outline of the lake and a sky full of stars from the hot tub. The house was impeccably clean and so comfortable with extra fluffy towels, padded carpet and comfy mattresses. The host was quick to respond to any questions and requests. I would love to stay again for future visits to Tahoe. Highly recommended.

Spectacular views

What a beautiful property! The views of the lake were incredible. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable and the towels were fluffy. Cindy, the owner, was super kind and responsive. We’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and this is the only one we’d return to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Beautiful views, spacious home, responsive owner

We enjoyed our first trip to the Lake Tahoe area. The house had plenty of space for our family of four, and we loved the brand new hot tub. It was a bit warm a few days while we were there, so we contacted the owner and property manager. They both were fast to help us and sent over 4 new box fans. We had a wonderful trip and thought the home was lovely with spectacular views of the stunning lake. It was away from the crowds - making it a nice, quiet place to relax and renew.

Wonderful Tahoe house!

We had the perfect family week on Tahoe here. The location was great for getting to Homewood and Palisades for skiing and had magical views for apres ski hot tub hour. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect Mountain Get away

This property is truly a hidden gem! The views are breathtaking, the location is so convenient to Tahoe City and Pallisades Ski Resort, yet still peaceful and quiet. It's laid out well for families or ski buddies. Love it and will visit again. The property owner is responsive and helpful.

Comfortable family retreat with stunning views

Views even more spectacular in person! We stayed in this home over Christmas ‘22. It’s is probably the best stocked home we’ve ever stayed in. Everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner was available in the kitchen. Convenient location to Tahoe City and skiing. Great communication from the host. I’d love to stay again maybe in the summer next time!

We've been enjoying Lake Tahoe since we were children and couldn't wait to have our own place looking out over what is surely the ultimate mountain lake! Bill loves to fly fish
(He'll share his 'secret' places with you if you ask!)and we both love enjoying the sunsets and panoramic views from our deck. Everything is here- nature,hiking, water sports, entertainment and the casinos and just plain relaxing in gorgeous surroundings!

Why they chose this property

We love the mountains and Tahoe has it all - close by the Bay Area,great skiing in the winter, water sports and outdoor life in the summer and Reno and North Shore casinos just a short distance away when you feel the urge! What could be better!

What makes this property unique

We love the fact that our home is secluded with a 'deep forest' feel, yet with incredible views and still very close to town with fabulous restaurants, shops, theater, etc.,right there. Our private beach club is great in the spring, summer and fall- We can enjoy 300 yards of stunning beach, have a cookout on the Lake, enjoy basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, etc., in a peaceful atmosphere without any crowds.
