Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung läßt zu wünschen übrig. Im Schlafzimmer der 1. Etage gibt es keine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen. Der Wohnzimmertisch steht auf drei festen und einem sehr wackeligen Bein. Die Tür des Schlafzimmers im Erdgeschoss läßt sich nicht schließen. Die Terrassentür schließt, wenn überhaupt, nur sehr schwer. Es 6 Terrassenstühle, aber nur 4 Kissen, die sehr verfleckt und nicht passend zu den Stühlen sind. Ein Liegestuhl, aber keine Auflage. Wir das Beste draus gemacht. nicht schließen

Lovely simple house

Lovely simple house with garden, 300 m from the beaches and within walking distance of the lovely centre of Pornic. The interior is a bit dated and some things might need a little repairing, but it is very clean and I think you get value for money.

Le prix de la location me semble cher pour le logement. Décoration désuète à part la cuisine qui vient d'être refaite. Salon surchargé.. Un grand besoin de relooking pour le reste. La situation géographique est super. Vous allez à la mer à pied et le jardin est très tranquille en raison de l'impasse.La communication avec le propriétaire sur les modalités d'arrivée de notre séjour n'a pas été faite. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une personne l'accueil qui nous a informé des ces modalités 3 jours avant notre séjour à Pornic.

petite maison agréable dans un quartier très calme

maison complètement conforme à l'annonce, aucun soucis ! la plage est très proche, accessible à pieds, ainsi que le sentier de douaniers. Possibilité d'aller à pieds dans le centre de Pornic la maison est fonctionnelle, le petit jardin est agréable

Proche de tout

Lors de notre séjour, nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage et des commerces essentiels, à moins de 10 mn à pied. L'accueil a été cordial, et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le petit cadeau de bienvenue était très apprécié. Nous étions quatre adultes et le logement nous a bien convenu.

Semaine du 8 Mai

Semaine au calme, pas de circulation de voiture . Maisonnette agréable, très bien équipée, cuisine complète, très bonne literie. Propreté, barbecue, transat, parassol , tout y est. Bonne situation. Petit bémol signalé à notre arrivée, velux chambre du haut ne s ouvre pas, et store cassé... Odeur désagréable salle de bain du haut dans la douche. Ces petits problèmes doivent être corrigés prochainement.

Bon séjour

Maison très simple et efficace avec petit jardin et terrasse ensoleillée. Petit bémol sur l’utilisation du barbecue. Les grilles étaient iinutilisables car pas entretenues. La femme de ménage nous a précisé que ce n’était pas son rôle, nous avons donc acheté des grilles neuves pour en profiter.

Emplacement pratique et calme

Maison bien pour 4 et parfaite pour deux , nous aimons avoir beaucoup d'espace. Le lotissement est trés calme en octobre, le sentier côtier est accessible à pied. Mais nous avons utilisé la voiture pour les courses et rejoindre le sentier à différents point. la maison correspond à l'annonce.

Préciser que c'est dans un lotissement!!!!!!!Les salles de bains: sont vieillottes, en haut tablette en pente et la lumière pas adéquat qui n'éclaire pas grand chose, douche trop étroite (risque de glisser en sortant de la douche) , salle de bain du bas le robinet fuit! Manque sèche cheveux, tapis de bains, plus d'aérations. Cuisine: cuillère en bois, et ustensiles plus durs. Pour le barbecue: manque ustensiles pour ne pas se brûler!!! Sinon, séjour agréable.

Das Objekt war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Ein süßes Häuschen mit allem was man braucht.

Besonders gefallen hat uns der hundegerecht eingezäunte Garten. Das einzige was wir wirklich vermisst haben, was ein Wlan Anschluss. Die Internet Verbindung über das Handy war sehr schlecht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es sind ca. 7 Minuten bis zum Stand und auch in die City kann man problemlos laufen. Angenehm ist auch, dass es ist sehr ruhig gelegen ist.

Un séjour à la hauteur de nos espérance

Séjour serein, avec tout à portée de main. J ai beaucoup appréciée la maison qui permet l intimité de chacun. Le plaisir d un jardin. L accès à la mer et aux promenades sur le littoral à 400m. Nous avons tout fait à pied, les courses, le port, ballades en ville.

Maison confortable et bien située

Nice house

We highly appreciated our stay at this nice little house near the beach and the centre of Pornic. The garden was perfect, with some trees that provided some shade.

Séjour très agréable en juin

La maison est meublée avec goût ,très pratique, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine récents impeccables. Le chemin des douaniers est proche ,la ville et les commerces aussi.
