"Parque Santiago 1" - one of the most attractive, and in many people’s eyes, the best apartment complex in Tenerife.

Parque Santiago 1 commands an extremely enviable, beachfront, position, with the choice of several beaches accessible via Geranium Walk, the seafront promenade which provides easy access to all areas of the resort. The beautiful complex has a fully refurbished and modern swimming pool area and is surrounded by tropical gardens of palm trees and flowers. It is one of the few swimming pools in Tenerife that are heated during the winter months (October to April).

The property contains FREE internet and TV - including BBC1 & ITV1.

From Parque Santiago 1, you have immediate access to the beach front and it's an easy walk to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Siam Aqua Park is ten minutes away by car. Rent a car and the whole of the beautiful island is available for you - a visit to Mount Teide is a must, and you can enjoy taking in the beautiful north coast with a visit to the Loro Parque.

This is a lovely, ground floor, pool-side apartment with a bright, sunny terrace which overlooks the delightful pool area. The private terrace contains a dining table and chairs along with two sunbeds - an ideal place to enjoy your morning cornflakes; a cool beer in the afternoon or simply nip back from the pool for refreshments.

There is a spacious and cool sitting room with TV, FREE internet, two reclining armchairs and a double sofa. There is a dining area and a separate kitchen area which contains a four-ring hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.

Lovely location in a nice complex

The property is perfect for a couple, it has all the essentials & the benefit of outdoor space. The complex is quiet & has a very reasonably priced restaurant (when open) & the pool is great. Surprised that there is a charge of 5 a day for a sunbed as this is different than the other Parque Santiago complexes we've stayed in.

Amazing!

Great location, apartment had all we needed, even a coffee machine! Terrace is huge with sun lingers sun most of the day. Scott responded really quickly to any queries, will definitely be back!

Lovely apartment… everything you need at hand. Complex lovely and pool bar does amazing food. All bars/ restaurants in walking distance.Literally a short hop to the pool … you pay for Sun loungers but you could stay at the apartment as it gets the sun till about 3ish. Wanted to book it for same time next year but fully booked .. not surprised

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful 1bedroom apartment in perfect location. Terrace got the sun all day so no need to pay for sun loungers around the pool. Lovely cafe on site for breakfast or snacks.

Lovely apartment

The complex is fantastic perfect for the older couple Spotless in all aspects of grounds facilities pool The sun loungers we’re pay per day but not a problem this I suspect goes to the upkeep of the pool area The pool bar is great food very good prices very reasonable As for the apartment all I can say is perfect in every way Unable to fault Everything you need is there spotlessly clean Position perfect As for booking again ? In a heartbeat if I had to fault anything I think we had 1 cloudy day how inconvenient (ha ha)

The apartment was lovely. Perfect location for getting to the beach and restaurants. Scott was extremely accommodating. The apartment was clean and towels were replaced with clean ones during my week stay. Pool is well kept. Highly recommend

Appartment is perfectly located, on ground floor next to pool. Very clean and comfortable as described and seen in photos, a mid week towel change was a bonus. The large ceiling fans in lounge and bedroom worked a treat, I’m not a fan of air conditioning. Nice to have use of a washing machine too. Highly recommend and would stay here again, access and communication very good

Great little apartment

Had a fantastic week away. Weather was dare I say it too warm, which did make the rooms very warm but we did manage to sort the small portable fan to help. Pool great and very local to shops etc. we would definitely come back. Thank you for a great time away

Apartment was clean, in a perfect area for our requirements. Good wifi, British TV and a spacious terrace. Access is good through gates at each side of the complex. Communication very good though no problems to report during our stay.

All information how to find and get in was fantastic, didn't expect towels change and sheets at all, plenty of towels, hot water etc. We don't prepare food other than breakfast but everything there to cook any meals. We had no issues but felt as though if we had they would have been dealt with as Scott kept in touch. Location perfect to walk in either direction and so near to restaurants and shopping. No complaints other than sunbed charges, however if hadn't have been late November would have been able to use the sunbeds on the lovely terrace but sun disappeared too quickly. Quiet at night and secure, would definitely use again. We stayed for 9 nights. Great value too although we only booked four weeks before we left and cancelled what we had already booked, was so glad we did.

Fabulous location

Great stay at Scott’s apartment. Location couldn’t be better. We’ll equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week after a busy period. Would definitely consider a repeat booking at a similar time of year, when the weather is as perfect as it was this week. 5* rating!

Stilvolles Apartement mit ein paar Verbesserungswünschen

Das Apartement sticht über seine stilvolle Einrichtung heraus. Die Möbel sind bequem und die Deko macht es sehr wohnlich. Es sind viele Haushaltsgeräte (sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Toaster) vorhanden. Die Sonnenterasse mit Markise ist wunderschön zum Frühstücken und Abendessen, besonders mit der kleinen Hecke. Klimatisiert sind die Zimmer nicht, jedoch gibt es Ventilatoren. Der Komplex befindet sich in Las Americas. Das heißt Massentourismus, kaum freie Parkplätze und an jeder Ecke wird aggressiv versucht, den Urlaubern Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Besonders unverschämt: Die Liegen am Pool kosten 2,50 pro Tag. Das liegt nicht an Scott, aber er sollte es erwähnen in der Beschreibung. Und trotzdem wurden Liegen reserviert und dann weggegangen. Ebenso war die Sauberkeit verbessrungswürdig: Das Geschirr in den Schränken war klebrig und musste erstmal gewaschen werden. Gleiches galt für die Schränke. Obwohl zweimal pro Woche Reinigungskräfte kamen, wurde der Boden nicht gereinigt (was ich dank des von Scott bereitgestellten Equipments dann jedoch selbst erledigen konnte.) Diese Punkte würden mich mit einer Weiterempfehlung zögern lassen. Trotz dessen hatten wir einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Check-In und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer liefen problemlos.

First class apartment..

We have just returned home after a 10 night stay in a one bedroom apartment in Parque Santiago 1. The apartment can only be described as “excellent” as was the complex and the location.

Great location to amenities

We have stayed at this complex on several occasions in various apartments on the 2nd and third floors . So we are very familiar with the complex. Apartment overall location to pool at complex is ideal. One thing to be mindful of is when the cleaners are washing the pathway outside the apartment the water runs down the steps to the apartment and my daughter in law slipped with her baby in her arms on the last step. Thankfully the baby wasn’t hurt but she ended up with really bad bruises , We had a few unwelcome visitors such as small lizards which made sitting on the patio difficult at times also there were quiet a few cockroaches. On the upper floors we never had this problem.However I will say that the complex has improved the security since we stayed last as there has been new gates installed at the entrances which cannot be accessed without a code. The apartment itself needs updating. The electric plug points are not secure to the walls and the furniture in the living room needs updating. The WiFI connection was very poor and remained weak during our stay .I kept running out of data . We did re boot it on several occasions . We were there for two weeks the beds were changed and fresh towels were left . The complex itself is well maintained and the pool areas are kept immaculate. The poolside bar is very reasonable . The overall location of the complex is close to the main stripe and the beach is within a 5 minute walk . We had a fab holiday despite the issues.
