Parfaitement en ligne avec l'annonce et accueil plus que chaleureux des propriétaires. A recommander

Havre de paix bien confortable au sein d'un magnifique jardin avec une vue dégagée sur Menton et la méditerranée. Des propriétaires, Maria et Miguel, chaleureux et accueillants qui font découvrir les saveurs du jardin, fruits de Miguel et confitures de Maria. Ce petit nid douillet au milieu des fleurs et des agrumes fait tout de suite oublier les 150 mètres et quelques marches pour y arriver. A recommander sans souci.

Tolle ruhige Unterkunft und sehr herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Zuerst muss angemerkt werden, dass man die Unterkunft nicht direkt mit dem Auto anfahren kann und man wirklich viele Treppen hoch muss (188 Stufen wurden gezählt!). Also nichts für Leute mit Gehbehinderung oder viel Gepäck. Dafür wird man mit einer tollen Aussicht belohnt, und man ist nicht direkt im Zentrum, wo es mal je nach Saison sehr laut sein kann. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden. Die Unterkunft wird von Maria und Miguel geführt. Wir haben nur Miguel kennenlernen dürfen. Ein sehr sympathischer, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der jederzeit hilft, aber gar kein bisschen aufdringlich ist. Anzumerken wäre, dass Miguel nur französisch und portugiesisch spricht, gefühlt die einzige Person im Ort war die kein englisch spricht, was aber kein Problem sein sollte, da man ohnehin in Frankreich besser immer Französisch sprechen sollte, weil man damit weiter kommt als mit gebrochenem Englisch. Der Zustand der Unterkunft ist gut, man hat dort alles was man braucht für einen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war wirklich sauber, und wenn es einem nicht sauber genug ist, es waren genug Reinigungsutensilien vorhanden um was auszubessern. Die Ausstattung ist jetzt nicht modernste, aber in einem gepflegtem und stabilen Zustand. Die Innenstadt, so wie die Geschäfte sind sehr schnell erreicht. Circa 600-800m und man ist mitten im Geschehen. Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man keine Lust auf Hotels hat.

Aus dem Nebel in die Sonne

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Eine schöne helle Die Ferienwohnung mit paradiesischem Garten erwartete uns. Avocados, Zitronen, Orangen und Kakis lachten uns an. Kakteen, Orchideen und eine Vielzahl von Blumen rundeten das Bild ab. Vom Garten aus hatten wir einen Blick nach Menton und aufs Meer. Der Ort und das Meer sind fussläufig über Treppen erreichbar. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und verwöhnten uns mit eigenen Zitronen und selbstgemachter Marmelade.

Vraiment un Rêve

Mon séjour à Rêve d’Azur a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Un si joli site à la colline de l’Annonciade, ses jardins, sa terrasse, la plus belle vue imaginable, la tranquilité: il était, en un mot, magnifique. Pour ne pas mentionner l’accueil chaleureux par Miguel et Maria, la marmelade de figues faite à la maison, les kaki’s du potager .. Un grand merci pour tout!

Un jardin come un bijou

Sehr angenehme ruhige Lage, umgeben von einem wunderbaren Garten, mit Fernblick aufs Meer. Mückenspray mitbringen. Treppensteigen ist angesagt. Parkplatz in der Nähe vorhanden. Miguel und Maria sind sehr diskrete und freundliche Gastgeber.

Un petit paradis

Très bon accueil de Miguel et Maria. Ils sont adorables, disponibles et serviables. Merci pour la délicieuse confiture. Très belle vue, joli jardin fleuri , environnement très agréable. Nécessite une bonne condition physique car il y a beaucoup de marches à monter et descendre pour se rendre en ville. Sinon, bien situé , proche de la gare sncf et routière, nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture du séjour.

Un petit coin de paradis pour notre fille de 6 ans et nous même !

Très bien situé, ce petit coin de paradis nous a séduit… Il faut bien s’armer pour les nombreuses marches à monter depuis la ville ainsi que pour les moustiques quelque peu gourmands mais cela en vaut le détour. Merci à Miguel et Maria pour leur accueil chaleureux, les confitures étaient exquises !.. nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans votre parenthèse enchantée !

Vacances au calme avec un espace extérieur formidable.

Couple avec un enfant de 7 ans, nous avons passé deux semaines dans la location proposée par Maria et Miguel. Les propriétaires sont très attentionnés.Le logement est bien équipé et très propre.Depuis les terrasses extérieures,nous avons pu profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la mer et du chant des cigales. Nous avons exploré Menton à pieds en sachant que le trajet retour est plus sportif avec la remontée du chemin du Rosaire qui nécessite d'être en bonne condition physique.

Mostly wonderful

Miguel is a wonderful host as is his wife Maria. Their bespoke room was perfectly equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Exceptionally clean. We shortened our stay as we had seen all we needed in Menton. Our only gripes are the many steps to climb back up to the room if you walk into town for an evening meal. Anyone with heart/breathing difficulties would struggle with this. The garden is a beautiful spot looking out over the med, sadly the room is facing their home so privacy was an issue for us, if you dont mind that then its a perfect spot.

オーナーのミゲルさんがとても親切で、英語は通じないのですが、googleの翻訳機能を使って、懸命にコミュニケーションを取ってくれたのには非常に好感が持てました。自炊に必要なものは、全て揃っています。かなりの高台にあるので、最初たどり着くまでは大変でしたが、距離としては駅やバスターミナルまで十分徒歩圏内と言える距離です。徒歩圏内にカルフールもあります。高所の分、見晴らしは最高です。一つ残念なのは、wifiがあるにはあるのですが、電波が非常に弱くて全く使い物にならず、日本のahamoに頼りきりだったことぐらいでしょうか… 国境間際の高台ですが、ahamoであれば、問題なく携帯は繋がります。

Menton in Springtime

Small but perfectly formed. Comfortable studio with adequate facilities situated in the garden of the owners. A private garden with numerous seats and loungers is designated for the sole use of residents of the studio. The garden areas is laid out with an abundance of flowers, shrubs, avocado tree and has a panoramic and picturesque vista over Menton and beyond to the Med. In the terraces below and enviable vegetable / fruit garden. The property is as previous reviews state, an energetic climb up the steps from the village, less so if a car is available as this can be parked nearer the house. The solution is to plan your outings and minimise the trips down to the town. Public transport is easy, cheap and plentiful along the coast as well as up to the many medieval villages which are well worth the scary journey up the twisty narrow roads which are not for the faint hearted. Maria and Miguel were very friendly and helpful. Their English is limited as our French is but communication was manageable. A delightful couple.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans la location de Maria et Miguel qui sont des hôtes très accueillants. La vue sur Menton et la mer est vraiment superbe, le logement est moderne et très bien équipé, le jardin est magnifique et le calme est absolu !

Superbe!

Magnifique semaine chez Miguel et Maria, accueil des plus sympathique, très discrets mais toujours là si nécessaire. Environnement des plus calme et reposant, au milieu de toute cette végétation fleurie et variée, magnifique vue sur la mer et Menton, depuis la terrasse, sous la tonnelle de bougainvilliers, ou il fait bon prendre un verre ou un repas, ou depuis l'intérieur du studio. Rien ne manque dans ce beau logement, tout est fonctionnel. Les marches pour y accéder ou pour aller au centre de Menton sont un plus pour garder une bonne condition physique! Une fois là c'est le bonheur! Nous avons aussi pu apprécier les excellentes gelées et confitures
