This villa has three floors.
Ground floor:
Here you can find two bedrooms, both with air conditioning one of them with a sofa bed and a very large bedroom with double bed of 180x200 with spectacular en suite bathroom, its own dressing room and independent exit to the terrace that offers total privacy.
After we find a large living room with a sofa and TV and dining area that leads to a modern kitchen, fully equipped with access to the terrace where there is a dining room for 12 people and a rest area to enjoy both meals and dinners to the fresh air near the pool of 15m x 5m with Jacuzzi.
1st floor:
It has 3 bedrooms each with its air conditioning, with double beds, TV and all with en suite bathrooms.
When going up to the second floor we find a room with air conditioning, TV with two single beds and bathroom en suite with access to a terrace with panoramic views of the entire area.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 pm and € 90 until 4:00 pm.
Note 4: Please note that there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h.
There is an extra cost of 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 5: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
Note 6: If you wish to use central heating (oil), the price is 1.7 €/L, to be paid at the end of the stay.
