SPEIGHT COTTAGE, pet friendly, with hot tub in Sedbergh
This single-storey farm building conversion lies on the edge of Sedbergh in Cumbria and accommodates two people in one bedroom.
Speight Cottage is a converted barn placed on the outskirts of the town of Sedbergh in Cumbria. It plays host to one bedroom which comprises a king-size bed, there is also a shower room, the property can sleep two people. Its interior also includes an open-plan living area made up of a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside, you will find off-road parking for two cars as well as a patio with furniture and a hot tub. Speight Cottage is a romantic retreat for couples to enjoy all-year-round.
Amenities: Gas underfloor heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, a washing/drying room complete with dog shower is provided (shared with one other cottage on site), Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Additional fuel available to purchase from owner. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes inc. in rent. Shared driveway with space for one car. Patio with furniture and hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Strictly no smoking. Shops and pub 1 mile. Note: The owners live in the farmhouse some 30 yards from the property. Note: Due to a steep slope to the rear of the cottage, children should be supervised. This detached, stone-built cottage, a former smithy, is set in the grounds of the owner's farmhouse alongside the river Rawthay. The cottage is on the owners small holding and therefore friendly farm dogs and free range chickens roaming freely. Note: Max 2 people, this property does not accept infants
