1. The individual booking and all guests must be 30 years or older and must be present at check-in. Valid Driver's License required.
2. No renting for someone else, please.
3. Check in time 12PM. If you need to check in earlier, please contact us!
4. We would like for our lovely guests to enjoy our property, but to also properly take care of and preserve it for our next guests.
5. Pets allowed small animals only. Please disclose the number of animals, size, age and breed.
Please be respectful of the next guest and help keep the yard clean, dispose of animal waste properly.
So please be courteous and let us know you are bringing a pet.
6. Please respect our no smoking policy.
7. There is a private gate to the property.
8. Separate listing ROOM WITH A VIEW Room with a view listing, is not included with the main house rental.
ROOM WITH A VIEW has its own entry, its own balcony, its own walkway, all separate from the main house.
9. Children over 2 years allowed with proper supervision.
