Cottage house Loborika is a beautiful and newly built house in the hinterland of Istria, surrounded by beautiful nature and greenery. The house with a pool (21 sqm) is located far from the noise of mass tourism and the city. Cottage house Loborika is built on a land of 2600 sqm and has its own fenced plot. The house is modern and beautifully decorated, ideal for a romantic, quiet and relaxed holiday. It consists of: one bedroom with double bed,a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster and water kettle. Next to the bedroom there are also armchairs where you can enjoy a sunset by the morning coffee or a glass of wine at night to watch the sun. The house Loborika has free wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV, bed linen and towels. In front of the house is a barbecue with garden furniture. Guests have access to a large, fenced yard with pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. Private parking is inside the yard. NOTE! For adventurists only, possibility of seeing different animals in the property surroundings, but nothing to be worried about!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Natur
Wir hatten in der Ferienwohnung einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Häuschen ist mitten im nirgendwo und man ist ungestört. Perfekt für Ausflüge nach Pula und Rovinj.

Très agréable séjour
Une maisonnette très agréable à l'écart de la civilisation tout en étant près de Pula mais aussi des plages que ce soit à l'ouest ou à l'est de l'Istrie. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le fait de n'avoir aucun vis-à-vis, aucun voisin, bref d'être seuls au monde. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien équipée mais installer un store dans la chambre et dans la petite fenêtre de la cuisine pourrait éviter d'être réveillé en même temps que le soleil se lève.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits der Straße zwischen Loborika und Marcana auf einem wunderschönen Grundstück mit Pool und einem einer schönen Eiche als Schattenspender. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Der Pool ist nicht der größte aber absolut ausreichend. Wir haben die Woche dort sehr genossen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!
