Newly built holiday house Gita is on a quiet location, on the edge of a village with a beautiful view of the surrounding area. It is modern and nicely decorated and is ideal for families with children. Villa Gita is a holiday house with a private pool (32 m2) in central Istria with a magical view of the beautifully landscaped surroundings. It can accommodate up to eight persons. The villa has its own fenced plot of 1200 m2 with a beautifully landscaped lawn. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen which is open to the dining and the living room, and a covered terrace with seating furniture overlooking the pool area. It also offers a barbecue, a satellite TV, a washing machine and a private parking. The house is completely air-conditioned.

Gerne wieder

Wir waren zu dritt das zweite Mal in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und würden auch jederzeit wiederkommen. Super nette und jederzeit hilfsbereite Vermieter, wir wurden bereits mit einer kleinen Auswahl an gekühlten Getränken überrascht und sogar mit selbstgemachte Olivenöl und Wein verabschiedet. Vielen Dank noch einmal! Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Es ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es sind mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien vorhanden. Eine Grundausstattung an Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Kaffeefilter etc. war vorhanden. Es sind großzügig Handtücher/Duschtücher vorhanden. Waschmaschine und sogar Trockner sind da. Der Kühlschrank ist gross, Gefrierfach vorhanden. In den Schlafzimmern ist ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden und sie sind, wie das Wohnzimmer, mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist schön angelegt, groß genug damit die Kids sich auch bewegen können. Der Pool ist sauber und wird auch regelmäßig vom Eigentümer gereinigt. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, hier bekommt man bereits alles, was man braucht. Die nächsten Strände und größeren Ortschaften sind 20 bis 35 Minuten entfernt. Ein Auto ist notwendig. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank für den schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt bei euch und wir kommen gerne wieder. Familie Middendorf

Perfekt!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa GITA war einfach nur traumhaft. Suzie und ihr Mann (Vermieter) wohnen gleich im Grundstück dahinter und sind immer freundlich und da, wenn man Fragen hat. Bei sonnigen Wetter hat man sogar Meerblick, traumhaft. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch inmitten von ein paar kroatischen Häusern, dennoch ist man zentral und schnell an allen Straßen zu den jeweiligen Küstenstädten und Stränden. In Porec ist man in ca 20 min, Rovinj in 30. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist schön und sauber, Carport für zwei Autos, sehr sauberer Pool (der Vermieter kümmert sich regelmäßig darum), zwei verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten außerhalb, eine davon mit Grill, sehr ruhig gelegen, wunderschöner Blick bis aufs Meer. Im Haus gibt es ausreichend Stauraum, große Küche mit allem was man benötigt und ungewöhnlich viel Geschirr, gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten der Fenster, liebevolle Dekorationen im Haus. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die uns regelmäßig mit heimischen Leckereien überraschten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, der nächste große Laden ist mit dem Auto knapp 10 Minuten entfernt, nach Porec und den dortigen Stränden sind es etwa 20 Minuten. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Ausflugsziele, Höhlen, nette Städte, Strände, Wanderwege, Abenteuerparks, gute Restaurants... Alles in 20 bis 60 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub!
