Beppe's vegetable garden, just 2 km away. from the center of Lucca it is a rustic house with an adjacent private swimming pool and spa for your exclusive use.
Exclusivity is guaranteed with every booking, you are not obliged to share your spaces with other guests.
- 5 beds, available all year round, consisting of kitchen, a double bedroom and single bed on a mezzanine, sofa bed in the living room, bathroom with shower, veranda overlooking the pool, air conditioning.
- another 5 beds, available only from 1 July to 15 August, located on the first floor of a rustic house, composed of a large living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom, air conditioning.
In the private garden there is a 10X5 unheated swimming pool, changing room/bathroom, SPA with hydromassage tub, sauna and emotional shower.
Bicycles available.
L'Orto di Beppe is located between the charming walled city of Lucca and the sea of ​​nearby Versilia. It is connected to the Florence-Mare and Genoa-Livorno motorways, whose toll booths are just two kilometers away.
A few tens of meters away, along Via Sarzanese, there are bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, pizzerias, restaurants and wineries.
The historic center of Lucca is two kilometers away, fifteen minutes on foot, five minutes by bicycle.
Don't miss an unforgettable bike ride through Mura (4.2 km) and in two minutes you arrive at the river bank in the Serchio River Park, where you can follow a path reserved for pedestrians and bicycles on both banks, into the green.

ON-SITE COSTS:

- EXTRA CLEANING COSTS €100.00, TO BE PAID IN CASH TO THE STRUCTURE ONLY IN THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST.

- DEPOSIT OF €300.00 TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED UPON DEPARTURE, AFTER CHECKING THAT THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURE.

- TOURIST TAX €2.50 PER PERSON FROM 14 YEARS OLD FOR THE FIRST THREE NIGHTS.

- HEATING COSTS WILL BE INVOICED DURING THE WINTER PERIOD.
