Holiday home in Plestin-les-Grèves

The cottage is located 2 km from the sea, directly above the large beach of Saint Efflam, and 3 km from the village of Plestin-les-Grèves.
The house is completely independent, at the entrance of the property. It is in a very quiet location, in the middle of the countryside and away from traffic lanes. You benefit from a private garden, courtyard and parking.
We can provide free complete equipment for your baby or young child (cot, duvet and duvet cover, bathtub, shower lounger, dishes, high chair, stair gate, games and toys, ...)
The gardens and courtyard are maintained with care but without the use of weed killers or any other chemical product. A complete restoration of the house took place in 2007, respecting techniques and materials (traditional exposed framework, walls coated with natural lime).
A large glazed insert with a power of 12 kW is installed in the fireplace and can heat the whole house. Environmentally friendly cleaning products are provided free of charge for dishes, linens and household items as well as tablecloths, tea towels and hand towels.

Great place in Plestin les Greves, Brittany

We had a lovely holiday staying in this cottage, despite the very mixed weather this year in July and August. The owners were very responsive, very helpful and kind. They showed us round when we arrived and the cottage had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and it was such a peaceful place, but just a short drive (5 minutes) into Plestin with its shops and a good supermarket. A special mention for the owners who were so thoughtful and helpful. There were fresh crepes and cider to welcome us when we arrived and a 'Far Bretagne' the second week, plus delicious fresh vegetables from their garden. They took time to tell us about lots of different places we could visit and we felt very looked after. There were lots of places a short drive away and something for everyone- and every weather! Huge beach down the road at St. Efflam, beautiful coastal walks, good surfing beach at Goas Lagorn, Chateaux to visit (Chateau de Rosanbo is nearby), the attractive town of Morlaix with lots of restaurants and beautiful old buildings, prehistoric Cairn at Barnenez, forest activities at Vivons perche, the Grain de Sail chocolate factory just outside Morlaix and lots more.

Schöne Tage in der Natur

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verlebt. Das Haus hatte alles, was man braucht (zusätzlich brachte Philippe uns Holz für den Kamin) und die Lage ist traumhaft. Nachts hörten wir lediglich ein Käuzchen rufen, tagsüber summten ein paar Bienen. Dazu extrem freundliche, diskrete Vermieter (merci pour les fruits et le gâteau) und die Nähe zu vielen Stränden. Perfekte 14 Tage!

Sehr schönes bretonisches Ferienhaus

Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir wurden mit Blumen aus dem Garten und selbstgemachten Crepes empfangen. Mmmh. Vielen Dank für alles!

Der perfekt Ort, um in Ruhe in die Ferien zu gleiten

Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie eine wunderbare Woche in der liebevoll und sehr angenehm restaurierten "Gite"! Eine wunderbare Atmosphäre und absolute Ruhe, etwas außerhalb von Plestin-les-Greves, nur wenige Kilometer von wunderbaren Küstenstrichen, Aussichtsfelsen und Bademöglichkeiten, und in gut erreichbarer Entfernung nach z.B. Roscoff, Morlaix, Cote des Granits Rose. Unsere Gastgeber, Philippe und Marie Annike, haben uns so freundlich empfangen und hatten auch jede Menge Tipps für uns, was die Gestaltung der Woche anging. So haben wir auch den wöchentlichen Markt am Samstag genossen und auch das Strandsegeln gewagt. Ein großer Spaß! Im Laufe der Woche wurden wir von unseren Gastgebern sogar immer wieder mit lokalen und leckeren selbstgemachten Spezialitäten überrascht! Zu erwähnen sei natürlich auch die liebe Hofhündin Lipique, die immer einmal vorbei schaute, gerne auch zu den Essenszeiten, aber stets sehr diskret! Und für ein wenig Ballspiel zwischendurch war sie auch zu haben. Ein großer Dank und ein lieber Gruß an unsere Gastgeber! Wer dem Trubel entgehen, Ruhe genießen und gleichzeitig nahe der wunderbaren Küste sein und dabei eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Haus genießen möchte, dem sei dieser Ort wärmstens empfohlen.

Parfait

Location conforme au descriptif. Endroit calme idéal pour se reposer. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la fraîcheur de cette petite maison par 32°. Localisation idéale pour rayonner dans les environs morlaix lannion et la côte de granit rose tous proches. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et les petites attentions à l arrivée (Philippe, vous aviez raison la bouteille était… explosive…) et en cours de séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous revenons dans la région.

Fantastisch

Het huren gaat als vanzelf, alles wordt goed uitgelegd, goed ontvangen, met een ruiker bloemen op de kast, ook een aperitieffles gehad en pannekoeken, tijdens verblijf een taart gehad en bij vertrek 2 potjes confituur, en goed uitgewuifd Attentvolle ontvangst, goede communicatie, sterk aan te bevelen.

très agréable séjour nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires et leur compagnon à quatre pattes bien éduqué. Wohlfühlen und Erholen leicht gemacht!

Ein gemütliches, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die freundlichen Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und verwöhnen ihre Gäste mit lokalen Produkten. Besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die ruhige Lage am Ende eines Weges ideal. Aber auch Wanderer werden sich über die vielen Möglichkeiten freuen. Wir haben zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus - nur zu empfehlen!

Wir können all die guten Eindrücke nur bestätigen, die in den anderen Bewertungen zu lesen sind : die ruhige idyllische Lage, die geschmackvolle und praktische Einrichtung des kleinen Hauses, die überaus freundlichen und gleichzeitig respektvollen Vermieter. Wer in Meeresnähe sein will und doch eine absolut ruhige Unterkunft sucht, die auch noch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Umgebung ist, der findet hier das Richtige! Übrigens gerade auch dann wenn man wie wir viel mit den Elektrorädern unterwegs ist.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gite d'une propreté irréprochable, au calme, au vert et disposant de toutes les commodités. Nos hôtes ont pris le temps de nous accueillir à notre arrivée et nous ont donné de nombreuses informations qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de la région. Ils ont de plus une chienne absolument adorable qui venait chaque jour nous faire un petit coucou au bord de la fenêtre. Nous les remercions encore pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité ainsi que cet excellent far breton et le pot de confiture de rhubarbe fait maison. Kenavo

Jolie maison au calme

Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires, aux petits soins, pleins d attentions, et très disponibles. C est rare et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Merci beaucoup à vous 2 ! La maison est parfaitement propre, très bien équipée, spacieuse et très agréable. Elle est un peu en retrait du bourg et très au calme, dans un écrin de verdure. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Escapade en Bretagne

Traumurlaub in der Bretagne

Das Objekt entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung. Die Lage inmitten der Feldmark der Bretagne und trotzdem nahe an einem sehr schönen, gepfegtem Ort mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Nähe zum Strand war einfach genial. Das Haus wurde super ausgebaut und bot einfach alles, was man für einen erhlolsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Begrüßung und die Erläuterung der Gegebenheiten vor Ort waren absolut freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Während des Aufenthalts hat man von den Vermietern nur etwas bemerkt, wenn man einen Wunsch hatte. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut englisch, so dass die Verständigung sehr einfach war, auch für nicht französich sprechende Gäste. Die Unterkunft kann man einfach nur weiter empfehlen.

Die perfekte Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus von Philippe und Marie-Annick liegt zwar etwas abseits des Ortes Plestin, mitten in den Feldern, aber man ist in ein paar Minuten beim Bäcker oder Supermarkt. Man wohnt in einem kleinen , geschmackvoll restauriertem Cottage auf dem riesigen Gelände einer alten Ferme. Die Besitzer leben ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, im ehemaligen Herrenhaus. Die beiden sind einfach nur wunderbar...hilfsbereit in großen und kleinen Dingen, sie legen Wert auf eine persönliche Begrüßung mit Crêpes, Cidre und Blumen, versorgen einen mit Gemüse, wenn es ihr Garten hergibt oder bringen auch mal einen Kuchen vorbei. Wir haben viel miteinander geredet....Französisch kommt gut, aber Philippe spricht auch Englisch. Wer keinen Kontakt mag, kann aber auch ganz für sich bleiben...Alles ist möglich und wird respektiert. Wer Hunde mag, wird sich in Lipig verlieben, die gerne Gesellschaft hat und sehr gut erzogen ist. Wir waren 2 Wochen vor Ort und haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wer es gerne ruhig mag, kleine Ausflüge machen möchte oder auch mal ans Wasser will ( es gibt tolle Buchten in der Nähe), ist bei Philippe und Marie-Annick wirklich allerbestens aufgehoben. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Oase in stiller Natur

Wir wurden von den charmanten Gastgebern freundlich empfangen. Ein schöner Blumenstrauss, eine Flasche Cidre und Crepes überraschte uns angenehm in diesem gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten bretonische Ferienhaus. Ein bezauberdes Gärtchen erfreute uns und lud uns zum Verweilen ein. Wir entdeckten prächtige Sentiers zum Wandern und genossen die Ausblicke auf die herrlichen Badestrände und die imposanten von der Natur geschaffenen Steinskulpturen. Schöne Städtchen mit interessanten Kirchen und die berührenden Kalvaires haben uns nachhaltig beeindruckt. Wir haben uns in den drei Wochen gut erholt, viel Spannendes erlebt und freundliche Menschen getroffen. Danke den symphatischen Gastgebern und dieses bezauberdne Idyll können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Un havre de paix

Un endroit calme et joli. Le gite est très propre et bien amenagé. Les propriétaires nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et leurs bons conseils nous ont permis de découvrir des paysages magnifiques. Le gros plus : leur fidèle compagnon très bien éduqué ainsi que leurs attentions tout au long de notre séjour ont été très agréable.

Top Gites de France!!

Es war alles wie beschrieben und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Phillip und Marianique, sowie Tochter und der Hund Lepic (ein wahrer Schatz) waren perfekte Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Phillip hat uns Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben und alles war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Markt am Sonntag!! In Plestin-les-Grêves war sehr schön und bot ein interessantes Angebot an frischen Produkten. Vielen Dank noch einmal für die leckeren Crêpe und den Cidre zum Empfang, die frischen Rosen und die Tarte Betron! Und dann diese himmlische Ruhe, das kennen wir gar nicht mehr. Einfach nur Super !!!!

Tolles Haus, tolle Vermieter, sehr gastfreundlich und absolut korrekt. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und sehr sauber und ordentlich...... innerhalb 3 km gute Infrastruktur... 3 Supermårkte, Metzgerei, Bäckerei , Apotheken kleine Bars etc...5 km geht es an den Strand....meine Kinder und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder....

Séjour agréable et reposant

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. Nos hôtes étaient attentifs à nos besoins et de bons conseils. Beaucoup de petites attentions tout au long du séjour. La maison est agréable et décorée avec soin. Je conseille vivement cette location.
