Spacious bungalow with beautiful outdoor area with large private pool. The house is located 300 meters above sea level in a complex next to the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.
The house
The single storey bungalow is bright and modern - perfect for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms with shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.
The house is well equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, blender, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cot, high chair, air conditioning (hot and cold), internet (WIFI ), Satellite TV and DVD player.
The outdoor area
The spacious garden and terrace area offers plenty of space to relax. Outside there is a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, parasol, gas grill (fee), garden, parking, private pool (8 m x 4 m) and electric pool heating (fee: 24 ° -26 ° C extra cost).
