OUR APARTMENT IS LOCATED 80 METERS FROM THE BEACH OF USIL, 12 KM FROM SANTANDER ,. IT HAS TWO BEDROOMS AND CAPACITY FOR 4 ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN. IT HAS EASY DIRECT ACCESS FROM THE STREET AND A LARGE SOLARIUM NEXT TO OUR TERRACE.
IT IS FULLY FURNISHED AND HAS ALL THE COOKING UTENSILS, TOWELS, SHEETS, QUILTS, ETC TO MAKE THE STAY VERY COMFORTABLE.
WE HAVE A PARKING SPACE IN THE BUILDING FOR THE USE OF THE PERSON RENTING THE HOUSE
