Apartment with 3 bedrooms very spacious, living room with spacious and bright dining area, two bathrooms, equipped kitchen, terrace with BBQ area and private pool.
This apartment is located on a ground floor surrounded by a garden area facing south-west, in a very quiet and well-known residential area, 5 minutes from Alto Golf and 10 minutes from Praia do Alemão beach. This beach is known as one of the best beaches of europe due to its crystalline waters and iodine which is so well made.
About 1km away you will find cafés such as Mel and Cinnamon, Los Costas among others where you can buy fresh bread and cakes for breakfast or have great meals in mind.
The village of Alvor is about 10 minutes by car as is the city center of Portimão and the strip of Praia da Rocha where you will find all the necessary amenities for your stay.
Public transport that can take you everywhere, pass on the right avenue of the apartment.
