Lovely newly renovated apartment located in Marina di Ragusa-Santa Barbara - located about 100 meters from the sea and the bike path. Equipped with a large veranda with built-in kitchen and outdoor shower. Located 800 meters from the marina of Ragusa. The house is located about 10 km from the house of the "Commissioner Montalbano", well-known television personality. With ease you can move to visit the ibleo baroque: Ragusa Ibla (about 15 km), Scicli (about 15 km), Modica (about 20 km). Also the "donnafugata" castle is easily reachable (about 15 km).
The house slightly off-center compared to the center of Marina di Ragusa, is located in a residential area, quiet, not chaotic.
