Erholsame Osterferien

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Untergeschoss, ideal für Paare, aber auch mit unserem elf jährigen Sohn hatten wir eine tolle Ferienwoche. Viele Ausflüge und eine Wanderung auf die Baou. Saint Jeannet ist ein malerisches Bergdorf, das schon als Kulisse für "Über den Dächern von Nizza" diente. Olivier hat eine tolle Boule Ecke.

Liebevoll gestaltetes Anwesen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem kleinen Bergdorf in St. Jeannet in einem liebevoll gestalteten Anwesen. Der Vermieter Olivier ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine entspannte Woche dort verbracht. Wanderungen gemacht z.b. zum Hausberg Baous und zahlreiche Ausflüge Z.B. Antibes, Nizza; St.-Tropez und Monaco. Eine wirklich zauberhafte Gegend die Cote d´ Azur. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Vielen lieben Dank an Olivier für seine Gastfreundschaft.

Séjour parfait

Un endroit idéal si vous recherchez du calme et de l’authenticité. Les hôtes sont adorables ainsi que leur chat. À seulement 1 h de tous les lieux touristiques et de la plage. Je recommande vivement !

Top séjour chez Olivier à St. Jeannet

Merci Olivier pour les 9 excellentes jours qu’on a eu le plaisir de passer chez vous. Merci pour les recommandations et aussi pour votre hospitalité. On a apprêtier ce séjour comme si c’était chez nous mêmes. L’appartement est très bien équipé et à tous ce quand à besoins. Très propre, calme est surtout bien centré. Les possibilités pour faire des courses est à 5 min. en voiture. C’est l’endroit idéal pour découvrez les environnements de la Côte d’Azur. Je suis sûre et certain que ce n’ai pas la dernière fois quand à était chez vous. Merci tout simplement pour les super vacance en France. Ça nous a fait un très grand plaisir. A faire et à refaire

Traumobjekt in den Bergen

Die Unterkunft ist ein wahrer Traum. Der Check-in-Vorgang war so problemlos wie die Anreise und auch sonst kann man sich hier einfach nur wohl fühlen. Wir hatten schon viel erwartet durch die Bilder, aber am Ende wurden unsere Vorstellungen sogar noch übertroffen!! Ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Auch die Lage ist einfach nur top 👌🏽. Gerade zum Canyoning und Wildwasserraften kann man nicht besser wohnen.

Entspannte Tage in St. Jeannet

Wir haben Anfang August 2019 für 8 Tage hier gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Oliver Joaunnaux ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter, der eine kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse in seinem Haus zur Vermietung anbietet. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Geschäfte und Restaurants in St. Jeannet sind in ca. 15 min fussläufig erreichbar. Am meisten genossen haben wir nach einem hektischen Tag an der Code D'Azur die Ruhe auf der Terrasse. Das einzige Manko dieser Wohnung ist, dass das Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat und somit über das Wohnzimmer gelüftet wird. Daher ist es dort gelegentlich ein wenig "muffig".

muffe accomodatie zonder ventilatie en veel muggen

Wij hebben voor 4 nachten gereservererd. Na 1 nacht besloten om te vertrekken naar een hotel in de buurt. De accomodatie en vooral de slaapkamer heeft geen raam en kan dus niet worden geventileerd. Er heerst continu een zware lucht. Ventilator helpt niet. Er zaten minstens 10 muggen in de kamer die vanwege weinig licht gordijntjes openingen en veel voorwerpemn niet gevangen konden worden. In 1 nacht meer dan 10 keer gestoken. Onmogelijk om hier te slapen. Verder is de foto van het grote huis en tuin misleidend. Hetgeen wordt verhuurd zit onder het huis in soort kelder met 1 buiten deur. Wij hebben geen geld teruggeeist maar zouden dat wel graag willen indien mogelijk. Naar het strand is hemelsbreed misschien 7 kilometer, maar het zijn allemaal gevaarlijke wegen met bochten. Duurt zeker een uur.

Een mooie locatie dichtbij het dorpje Saint-Jeannet en op een 25 minuten rijden van Nice.

Het appartement ligt onderin een huis en is daardoor lekker koel. De voorzieningen zijn goed. Vanuit hier drie dagtrips gemaakt naar Nice, Monaco en Antibes. Het dorp Saint-Jeannet is een heerlijk dorp om te bezoeken en te wandelen. Eigenaar woont er boven en is zeer behulpzaam met suggesties voor restaurants etc. Ontvingen ook een gedetailleerde routebeschrijving na onze boeking.

SUPER SEJOUR AU CALME

Situé idéalement dans l'arrière pays niçois , st Jeannet est un jolie village plein de charme . La propriété de Joaunneau est à l'écart de ce dernier ,dans un petit hameau avec vu sur la mer à l'horizon .Endroit très calme . Nous pouvons garer une voiture ce qui n'est pas toujours aisé dans les villages perchés . L'appartement se trouve en sous sol ce qui procure une certaine fraicheur qui doit être agréable en plein été . il est pourvu d'une grande chambre sans fenêtre avec un parquet qui grince , et d'une pièce sur le devant avec grande porte fenêtre qui fait cuisine ,bien équipé et salon avec télé . Bien largement assez pour deux personnes avec un très bon rapport qualité prix . Le propriétaire est très gentil et disponible . Il connait les bonnes adresses , n'hésitez pas les lui demander . Pour les petits budgets ou pas je recommande vivement cette propriété .

Inoubliable!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location très bien située tout près du beau village de Saint-Jeannet. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté des lieux. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et l'endroit est un parfait point de départ pour des randonnées pédestres ainsi que des visites sur la côte. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, discrets et ont toujours de bonnes suggestions. Merci pour tout nous espérons revenir un jour !

Wunderschön!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sofort in die Urlaubsstimmung versetzt- mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet- wunderschön und gleichzeitig praktisch mit allen notwendigen Utensilien eingerichtet. Herr Olivier ist super nett und freundlich - hat uns ein paar Tipps wegen den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe gegeben und hatte kein Problem mit etwas späteren Check in und Check out gehabt))). Ein Auto ist auf jedem Fall empfehlenswert, denn die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von St. Jeannet ziemlich hoch in den Bergen. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und würden die Ferienwohnung für die Familien auf jedem Fall sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben eine ganz liebevoll eingerichtete und saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die Ausstattung ist super. Uns hat während unserem Aufenthalt nichts gefehlt. Wir durften den Garten der Vermieter mitbenutzen. Mit dem Auto ist alles gut zu erreichen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die umliegende Natur war traumhaft. Die Gastfreundschaft von Olivier und seiner Familie war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und konnten die Ostertage voll geniessen.

Propriétaire chaleureux qui offre fin janvier des pamplemousses du jardin.Très bon séjour,Bon matelas, équipement cuisine satisfaisant.Accès à la location ,par contre qui se trouve en altitude, un peu difficile. Un détail à revoir : la serrure de la porte de la salle d'eau. Je recommande.
