Luxurious 1 Bed Apartment with Roof Terrace
Summary:
Make yourself at home and feel like a true local at our outstanding apartment in Vauxhall, South London.
The Space:
Our pristine looking apartment provides an excellent homebase for a pleasantly memorable stay in Vauxhall.
The 1-bedroom is a generous size and includes a large comfortable double bed, the bedroom offers a restful time and guarantees a revitalizing sleep. There is also a large wardrobe for all of your belongings.
In the bright, open-plan, living area comes with a large window and a great view. In the living area you will find a comfortable sofa, TV and dining area. This will provide a great means of entertainment and comfort for when you are indoors.
The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped and allows for a home-like experience to practice your cooking skills and the included dining area is a great opportunity to get together and enjoy a delicious meal.
There are 2 bathrooms in the property, and is equipped with a toilet, sink and a shower. One of them has a bathtub included.
And of course, let us not forget to mention our spectacular sky garden on the roof with jaw dropping views where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. There is also an inner communal garden on the 8th floor.

The Neighborhood:
The location of Vauxall, for one, is hard to beat – near the Thames, opposite the Tate Britain and in walking distance to Waterloo, it’s certainly in the busy, urban heart of the city. However it’s still not nearly as expensive as you’d expect for such a location, even with the rapid rise in prices over the last decade, which for many settling here makes the slightly rough-around-the edges ambience more than worth it.
Said residents are largely young professionals and students taking advantage of the easy commute, riverside location and nightclubs, while families tend to move further into South London for more green space and less city noise.
Getting Around:
Aside from Waterloo and Clapham Junction, you’d be hard pressed to find an area in South London with better transport links than Vauxhall. Not only is the train station served by the National Rail and a tube station on the Victoria line, Vauxhall is also home to a huge bus station, so you’ll never have a problem getting home late at night. As for commuting times, the Victoria line from Vauxhall will get you to Oxford Circus in just 6 minutes, making its connection into the centre of London fairly unrivalled. As of 2021, you’ll be able to access the Northern Line extension via Nine Elms which is just a minute walk away!
