Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Enclosed garden to the rear with decked patio and lawned area. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Note: Decked pathway and one step up to access cottage. Note: reception in the area isn't always 100% due to the location, but online TV is available
