Charming Villa in Quinta da Balaia w/ private swimming-pool

This wonderful villa is set on one of the most luxurious tourist resort in Albufeira, Quinta da Balaia, with it's peaceful and relaxing surroundings it's perfect for your family holidays. It has two bedrooms downstairs, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom upstairs and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. The patio doors open out onto the swimming-pool, meaning the lounge and dining area benefit from plenty of natural light. Outside, the villa has a lawn area with paved terraces and an outdoor shower by the private swimming-pool. There is also a brick barbecue on the terrace for that perfect alfresco experience and a dinning table to enjoy those pleasant summer nights. The kitchen is well fitted with a breakfast table, and everything you need. All the Villa has Wi-Fi cover. Air-conditioning is available on the the three main bedrooms.

Great outerspace
Nice villa with great outside area. Dining table in the shade, large pool with more than enough space around. Communication with Margarida was easy.

Wonderfull villa
Everything perfect and as promised. The house was fully equipped with everything! The housekeeping for the pool and the garden was managed great, too. Only negative point is that the house is in Albufeira and more and more English and Dutch groups of young men are also renting house sometimes and create quite some noise even in this luxurious valley.

really nothing to complain everything was excellent, the house, all furniture, the bedrooms, the kitchen, the swimming pool, the garden and the location of the villa. And yes it was a villa!

Nice villa with great outside space. Might have been good to have some basics there for guests like tea or coffee on arrival but besides that good stay and looks exactly as pictures.

Dream house close to the beach
We had a truely good stay in the house. The garden, the tree and the flowers making it feel like a paradise. We would recommend to anyone, who is willing to drive a little to the beatific westcost, but still aims for comfort and good food around.

Fijne dagen gehad
De eerste indruk als je aankomt is dat het mooier lijkt dan op de foto's. Het geheel is wel wat gedateerd. Nie alles was even schoon en werkte even goed.( de vaatwasser is oud en je moet hem speciaal behandelen om de vaat schoon te krijgen. Jn de kelder is een gewone douche, wat fijner is dan in het bad douchen van een van de badkamers. Deze douche staat niet op de foto's wellicht was deze daarom dan ook niet schoon te noemen. Maar samen gevat geen spijt gehad maar een leuke midweek. Wel een voldoende dus.

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen((Bäder,Küche).Viele Ameisen in der Küche,es steht sehr viel herum(Auflagen,Kissen ,Wäschständer defekt.Ein Leihwagen ist ratsam,die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind doch etwas weiter weg. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Restaurants Martins und das Portobello in der nähe. Positiv:Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt,einmal am Tag wurde der Pool gereinigt und die Wasserqualität wurde überprüft.Nach einer Woche Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht. Wir hatten trotz der Mängel einen schönen Urlaub.

Royaal vakantiehuis.
De woning is zeer ruim, met een grote tuin en groot zwembad. De inrichting is deels wat gedateerd maar zeker niet storend. Wat achterstallig onderhoud aan zwembad ( losse tegeltjes op bodem, pomp die niet goed werkte ) . Maar de prachtige tuin en ligging ( volop privacy ) maken dat je een heerlijke vakantie hebt.
