Excellent home, excellent location

Property exceeded expectations, even though the reviews were excellent and our expectations high. It was clean and tidy and had everything we could need for our stay. We loved the location. It was easy to get to from the airport and only a short walk to the railway station. The neighborhood is very walkable with several great restaurants and shops to explore. the owners were responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this home.

Best location

When we travel we always look for that elusive combination of close-to-everything and quiet. We definitely found it here. Mere steps away from the ACTV / Alilaguna Guglie stop it was as peaceful and as quiet as could be. Check in was very thorough and we did have some questions after about refuse sorting and utensil location (bottom drawer directly under stove.) The flat is clean and tidy. A great place to stay.

Un apartamento bonito y bien localizado.

Inicialmente había elegido el Apartamento por lo bonito que se veía en las fotos y estar en el vecindario de Cannaregio, por su proximidad a la estación del tren. Para evitar halar las maletas larga distancias. El que nos recibió fue Bepi, nos proveyó un pin, para llegar al apartamento. Nos explicó las reglas y nos enseño el lugar. El apartamento se veía igual a las fotos. Cuenta con sala,cocina, cuarto comodo con balcon, y un baño, con ducha. Calefacción y aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Esta localizado en un residencial tranquilo,lejos de la locura del mar de personas que transitan el area turistica. Es bastante seguro. Y lo más que me gustó es tienes un sin número de restaurantes, donde los locales comen, con buena calidad de comida fresca preparada al momento. Tenía un lugar de café y supermercado cerca. Ademas está cerca de una de las paradas del Vaporeto. Al edificio le falta una pintura, y te puede impresionar, pero dentro esta muy bien conservado. Lugar altamente recomendado, si lo que buscas es un lugar tranquilo para descansar, luego de un día agetreado explorando Vencia.

Close to everything but still quiet

For us a perfect location. Within walking distance to all areas of the city. We enjoyed the old Jewish section and what it had to offer …. Excellent

Nice and clean flat

The Appartement is clean and cosy. Nearby are nice bars and restaurants and only few tourists. We really enjoyed our stay there and will book it again when we visit Venice again.

Great spot

Bright, perfect for two people. Needed a couple more things if you were going to cook, like frying pan and cover for large pot, but besides those things it was perfect. Near great restaurants, two smaller canals, and supermarkets.

Light filled apartment in Cannaregio

We loved our stay at this cozy apartment in Cannaregio. It was a short walk from the train station making it the perfect base for our 3-night stay in Venice. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean and nicely appointed with ample storage. It was the perfect retreat away from the more overrun tourist areas while still being close enough to experience Venice.

Great Apartment in Venice !

Communication with ABACA (Mick) and local support was excellent throughout the rental process. We received all relevant support and information before the rental period and were me at the apartment at the agreed time. The apartment is located in Canareggio - away from the crowds, quiet, great base to experience genuine Venice life – but also not more than 5 minutes away from vaporetto terminals and touristic hotspots. The good sized apartment featured a living room with a sofa, a well equipped kitchen line plus a dining table and sufficient chairs; a bedroom with a comfortable bed and a very nicely modernized bathroom with rain shower. Everything worked perfecty, only the hot water could have been a bit warmer at times. We had a great time there and can recommend this apartment 100%
