The Space:
This charming apartment with plenty of panache is located near the old town of Cascais. It is a two minute walk to the central square where you have restaurants & bars of every variety. You have on your doorstep the market with all its food halls and several excellent restaurants too. The bus, train station and a shopping mall can be reached in two minutes flat so no need for a car. The supermarket is located just 50m away but you can get all the fresh produce like bread, fruit, veg, cheese, fish/meat & lots more from the market just across the road.
A deep, wrap around balcony (with a glimpse of the sea between buildings) offers both a sunny or shady spot at every moment of the day. It is beautifully furnished with a dining and lounging area for up to 4 people. It faces south and therefore allows plenty of lovely natural light into the apartment.
The main bedroom has a double bed of 160cm and the living room a sofa bed of 130cm which may not comfortabley accommodate two adults. Please enquire about additional folding bed.
A fully equipped kitchen for four makes it a pleasure to have meals at home and sit out and enjoy them on the kitchen patio whilst appreciating the open views over the rooftops and beyond, towards the bay of Cascais. Heating is supplied for the cooler months.
Between July 1 - September 10 we require a Saturday to Saturday stay

Getting Around:
Located on Av. Dom Pedro I, the property is well-connected to various transportation options. The Cascais Train Station is approximately a 12-minute walk away, providing easy access to Lisbon and other coastal destinations. Several bus stops are also nearby, offering convenient routes to explore Cascais and its surrounding areas. For those who prefer driving, the A5 motorway is within a 10-minute drive, enabling quick trips to Lisbon and other regions. Cyclists will find dedicated bike paths that lead to key local attractions and scenic spots.

Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.
If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.

Tourist Tax:
Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals. * Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
Interaction with Guests:
We meet you at the property and show you around. We're more than happy to give tips and advice about what to do/see, where to go and where to eat. We're always on hand if you need us and the agency offices are just a 5 minute walk.
