This cozy villa is ideal for small families or a couple
looking forward to spending the day at the Beach or the
Oceanfront Pool and Baby Pool. This 525 sq. ft villa
includes a Bedroom, Bath, Living Area with Sleep Sofa &
small Kitchenette. A Private Balcony is perfect for your
morning coffee. The Breakers villas are just steps away
from the 60 shops & restaurants found at Coligny Plaza
in addition to the ever popular Tiki Hut. Free WiFi.

Wonderful Experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so pleased with the condo for our Memorial Day weekend! Perfect size for a couple. It was very clean and provided everything that we needed as far as amenities. It was very quiet despite being right next to Coligny which was SUPER packed for the holiday weekend! Super short walk to the shops, restaurants, and the Tiki Hut.

A nice spot

Location location location. Near a lot of things to do and eat. Beach was nice. Very clean. Polite and helpful security officers. I would stay again. Recommended. The 3 things that could improve. 1. With a code lock, there’s no need to go to their office to pick up paper that could be left in the condo. 2. Bed isn’t a queen size, it was a full. Also it needs to be replace, sags to the middle. 3. Sofa bed mattress also needs to be replace. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

Hilton Head condo for a week

Good

The property was a good size for 3 (1 adult and 2 children). It had the bare minimum and nothing for the beach. There was a dead roach in the bathroom and the property is obviously very old. There were no instructions on how to work the cable tv and I tried to contact the owner via message but I never got a response. Actually the owner never contacted me the entire time and I wasn’t sure where To check in. There was only one trash bag given to us for a 4 night stay but we made do. The porch was left dirty with crackers and leftover food from the previous guests and the table outside was very dirty. The door to the porch is also cracked. Like I said for what we needed it was fine at best but would stay somewhere different next time. I wish the opener would’ve at least responded to my messages.

Great location - unit needs work

The Breakers location is convenient to the beach as well as shopping, entertainments, and dining. We’ve stayed consistently in the Breakers complex for many years and this unit is badly in need of a makeover. The unit was dirty when we arrived so we requested a re-cleaning. The bedroom very much needs a coat of paint, the walls are dirty and there are many signs of wear and tear. The bedroom carpet was so dirty. We placed a blanket over top so we could walk on something clean. The bed coverings and spare blankets need laundered - fortunately we brought our own bedding. We purchased curtains for the bedroom window during our stay since so much light poured into the bedroom window with no window dressings. The kitchen lacks many of the items convenient for meal preparation and has limited utensils. There is very limited storage throughout the entire unit. Furniture needs updating. Some of the vents had black mold around them especially in the bathroom so we had to call Sea Turtle to address upon our arrival which they sent in someone to clean, disinfect and spray over. Sea Turtle addressed all of our concerns and were so accommodating to our needs and requests however, there’s only so much the rental agency can do when the owners aren’t willing to invest in their property and keep it updated for the clients who are paying to rent it. As much as we love the Breakers complex, we will not be renting this particular unit again.

Good location

Good location. You can't see the ocean from the balcony but right on tge beach. Kitchen could use some updates including an oven and better utensils. Bed was not the most comfortable but everything else was good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Breakers was a really good location. Right at the beach and across from Coligny plaza. They had a security guy at the entrance who kept people in check and also was really helpful when I had a minor car issue. The condo itself was just right for me and my two kids. Enough space to sleep and to relax and play games for some out of the sun time. A coat of paint would go a long way to spruce it up and it needs a few kitchen items (there was only one small pot and one small pan and the knives were almost useless).

Great Property

Awesome location! Condo was great. We had 4 of us, my husband, myself and two girls. It was plenty of space for us. Loved how we could hear the fountains from our balcony. Pool was awesome. Perfect temperature. Check in and out procedure was so easy! We will definitely come back and stay again.

Very dirty, shelves, fan blades and tops of pictures and and door jambs had a lot of built up dust. Took me 3 minutes to clean. Lots of cracked tiles in the kitchen. Little things but are easily seen because it is very small. Great location and you get what you pay for. Small

Great location . No frills

Perfect location . Pics of property were fairly accurate . I suggest you hire a new cleaning crew . Floor was dirty . Everything was very dusty . Hard water stains in bathroom . Tiles in kitchen were cracked/ broken. We did a thorough cleaning and still enjoyed out stay . Thank you

Close to the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is very dated. Dated I can handle, what I could not handle was how truly dirty the unit was. Upon arrival we had to replace the shower curtain, dust the fans that were caked, and spray Lysol to mask the smell. We did voice our concerns and SeaTurtle did fix two major things right away. However, I would not book this unit again due to the actual dust hanging from the ceiling and much more. On top of that the grounds in general were just as bad. Every garbage can on property was overflowing with garbage bags on the ground and stacked on top, all week long. The pool was also drained due to putting too much chemicals in. On a positive note, this unit is extremely close to the beach which was helpful to me since I have small children and it made the walk easy. It is also walking distance to anything you need. We enjoyed walking across the road at night to eat dinner and watch the entertainment in Cologiny Plaza.

Perfect condo for a small family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at this property. It was perfect for me and my 8 year old daughter. The location was great for a quick walk to pool and beach. We didn’t have any issues with noise or commotion. A few things worth noting: I wish there was a deadbolt on the door—I had a travel door lock that we used during our stay. There was property construction very close to our room—nothing was marked off with fencing and could be a hazard. Lastly, when we arrived the washer had a note stating the washer was ‘loud’ during spin cycle but worked fine. It indeed was loud but we managed just fine. The halfway through our stay the washer stopped working with clothes locked inside. The rental company was able to address the issue, got our clothes and provided fresh towels. They were acquiring a replacement when we left. Overall, a great condo and experience!

Filthy

By the time we checked in it was too late to call and get someone in to clean. We headed over the store and bought all the cleaning materials ourselves and cleaned the place from top to bottom. There was snot on the pillow cases, we had to wash all the bedding. Dryer is horrid and sounds like a motorcycle. The elevators don’t work due to heavy construction. Construction equipment is laying out all over. Just a total mess.

Excellent location

Quaint, but just what you need fir two adults. More is tight, but only because there only one bathroom. Kitchen is very small but well-equipped. Would definitely stay again.
