About this property

Casa Pietra - The Casetta

A beautifully restored cosy stone farm house, with views, terraces and bbq

This one up, one down is tucked away with its own entrances and private outside space. It used to be a wine store, and still has the original wine press and domed vault to keep the wine cool (which is handy on a hot sunny day).
The bedroom has french doors onto the patio and an en-suite bathroom. It has a dressing table, small wardrobe and chest of draws. Downstairs we have a dining table to seat 4 , cooker, sink, fridge freezer, and two sofas (one is a sofa bed) with a door to the front patio area. The lounge also has a TV, DVD player and access to the Internet.

The Secret Region of Italy, Abruzzo, is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt Holiday Homes destinations. Abruzzo simply exude spirit and serenity with a history of farming and fishing. East of Rome, on the Adriatic Sea, brimming with picture-perfect beaches, snow topped mountains, lakes and nature reserves and literally littered ancients hill top towns and castles. It is quite simply a taste of the real Italy. Whether it's for a honeymoon, a group of friends, or families, Casa Pietra is the perfect choice for a heavenly holiday home.

Trés bon séjour reposant à l'abri du tumulte.
Belle ferme reposante, une piscine serait un atout indéniable.

Lovely property in relaxing environment
Lovely property in a beautiful setting. Owner very friendly and helpful. Location is rural but within minutes plenty of stores, pizzerias etc and towns and villages to explore. Everything you need is in the property. We was lucky enough to stay in the main farm house, which is full of old charm, well decorated rooms in keeping with the restored property. Each room has a picture in of how it originally looked which I thought was a lovely touch. Really enjoyed our stay and when we come back we will stay here again. Thank you
