Alporchinhos 840 is a delightful 1-bedroom apartment, with the possibility of sleeping four (2 adults and 2 children), very close to the beach of Praia da Senhora da Rocha and the town of Armação do Pêra. It is professionally cleaned.

Air conditioning is available in the apartment which also provides heat during the winter.

Tastefully-furnished and fully-equipped including coffee machine and dishwasher, the apartment has Wi-Fi and covered parking. The apartment is close to the communal pool, with a café/restaurant, where the children’s pool is shaded at times through the day. Also, in a box in the apartment, there are noodles to use in the water, tennis rackets etc.

The property is located at the top of the steps to Senhora da Rocha beach. There are various other beaches within walking distance along with cafés and restaurants.

There are three water parks in the Algarve, all within a 30-minute drive of the apartment. The closest, Slide and Splash is just 5km away. Some may have a shuttle service offered so check with local ticket outlets.
If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.

For keen golfers, there are over 40 golf courses in the Algarve, of which at least six can be found within a 20-minute drive of the apartment.

We strongly advise you to take out comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation cover, personal belongings and public liability.

No stag/hen parties or similar groups are allowed.

No excessive noise between the hours of 11pm (23h00) and 7am (07h00).
