Farmhouse in central Malmö

In a charming farmhouse in central Malmö, there are rooms for rent for short periods. The rooms are fully furnished with two beds in each room and with attached bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen is also available for those who want to be able to cook themselves. Please note that the price is for 2 standard 2 bed rooms. The rooms can be equipped with extra beds for a small extra cost. The rooms are a separate part of the accommodation with two rooms and kitchen.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a lovely garden where you can enjoy bird song for your morning coffee. Access to WiFi, laundry and proximity to everything you could need such as lovely Möllan's marketplace for fruits and vegetables, a number of grocery stores and restaurants as well as bus and train.
Walking distance from both the Triangle and Södervärn bus station.

Kleine Oase in der Großstadt
Der Innenhof ist traumhaft idyllisch, die Schlafzimmer groß. Leider ist die Küche für 5 Personen wirklich klein. Räumlich geht das natürlich nicht anders, das wissen wir auch 😁 die Bäder sind ebenfalls ein bisschen klein, aber dafür eben 2 Stück. Kicki und Elisabeth sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber!

Schöne Unterkunft in Malmö
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager, haben 6 Nächte in dem Häuschen verbracht. Es war für 5 Leute alles vorhanden. In die Innenstadt braucht man mind. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Vielen Dank nochmal für den Parkplatz!

Sehr kleine Unterkunft
Wir waren etwas irritiert, das es keinen Fernseher und kein Wohnzimmer gab,aber dafür gab's Fahrräder und wir konnten die ganze Stadt erkunden. Trotzdem war es für 5 erwachsene Leute zu eng.Meine Empfehlung unten Wohnzimmer und oben Schlafzimmer für maximal 3 Leute.

Kleines gemütliches Häusschen
Der Aufenthalt war für die 3 Übernachtungen genau richtig. Wir waren als Selbstversorger unterwegs und da war die kleine Küche gerade so ausreichend. Die Lage ist zentrumsnah- Parkgebühr muss man in Malmö überall bezahlen, also auch vor der Tür. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, leider kein Fernseher- dafür Internet.

Superlage, ruhig, gemütlich
Wir hatten eine wunderbare entspannte Woche und haben langsam Malmö entdeckt. Das Bauernhaus lag so praktisch, dass man fast alles zu Fuß erreichen konnte, aber auch bustechnisch ist es sehr gut angebunden. Rund um das Haus liegen viele internationale Restaurants, in denen man gut und auch relativ günstig essen kann. Kicki war immer gut erreichbar und total unkompliziert. Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Malmö fahren, dann wieder dorthin!

Gemütlich und ruhig gelegen
We enjoyed our stay in your cosy house a lot, thank you! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und man kommt von dort gut zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Um die Ecke ist eine Bushaltestelle um z.B. mit dem Bus an den Strand zu fahren. Generell ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung Malmös und Kopenhagens. Netterweise durften wir den Parkplatz der Vermieterin nutzen.

Wunderbar gemütliches kleines Ferienhaus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht genossen. Die Vermieterin war total nett, unkomliziert und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten nur per Telefon und E-Mail Kontakt aber es war alles tipp topp organisiert. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder in Malmö sind.

The house looked as described. As a group of 4 students we had no storage problems at all. Just the kitchen desk was a bit to small for us all. Except that everything was fine.

Süßes und nostalgisches Häuschen mit tollem Garten
Wir waren zu fünft in dem kleinen Bauernhaus für 6 Nächte und es hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen. Die Kinder konnten zu dritt im oberen Schlafzimmer schlafen, wir Eltern waren im EG neben der Küche. Es gab sogar zwei Bäder. Das Häuschen ist ganz bezaubernd eingerichtet, der Garten ist eine wunderschöne grüne Oase. Kiki und Elisabeth sind sehr liebe Gastgeber, die immer einen guten Tipp und freundliche Worte für uns hatten. Auch die Kinder waren sehr willkommen, was nicht immer selbstverständlich ist. Wir konnten Fahrräder ausleihen (nicht für die Kinder, nur für die Erwachsenen) und konnten damit die Stadt ein wenig leichter erkunden. Aber auch ohne Fahrräder sind Busstationen ganz in der Nähe und selbst zu Fuß ist es nicht so schrecklich weit bis in den nächsten Park oder ins Zentrum. Alles in allem hat es und prima gefallen und nächstes Mal würden wir gern länger bleiben.

Kurzurlaub im Malmö
Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an in das kleine Ferienhaus verliebt. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Parken auf der Straße vor dem Haus war kein Problem, Parkgebühren können bequem per App oder am Automaten bezahlt werden.

Gemütliches Häuschen in Malmö
Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Es ist ein altes Haus, aber sehr gemütlich durch das viele Holz. Kicki ist eine super nette Gastgeberin. Wir sind mit Baby gereist, ein Hochstuhl war vorhanden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung. In das Stadtzentrum läuft man circa 30 Minuten. Gerne wieder!

Grüne Oase in der Stadt
Diese Unterkunft liegt in einem Hinterhaus, zu dem man durch den Garten des Grundstücks gelangt. Entsprechend ruhig ist die Lage, obwohl man sich mitten in der Stadt befindet. Wir haben hier einige wunderbare Tage verbracht. Die Innenstadt von Malmö ist recht bequem in ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, es gibt aber auch Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, sodass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Hierbei ist allerdings zu beachten, dass hierfür rund um die Uhr Parkgebühren zu zahlen sind: Stand August 2022 waren das 10 SEK pro Stunde wochentags tagsüber und 2 SEK pro Stunde nachts und am Wochenende. Gerade letzteres ist nicht viel, aber man muss daran denken, gerade weil wir das von woanders so nicht kannten. Das Auto haben wir dennoch zweimal genutzt: einmal für einen Ausflug nach Lund und einmal aufgrund der Hitze für eine Fahrt zum Strand an der Südküste. Beides war bequem in gut 20 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus ist zwar nicht modern, aber charmant und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile ist bescheiden. So fehlt z.B. ein Ofen. Stattdessen ist eine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Da zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes gerade das Malmö Festival stattfand, haben wir allerdings ohnehin nicht im Haus gegessen, sondern uns auswärts verpflegt. Ein Supermarkt ist zudem in gut 5 Minuten Entfernung erreichbar. Einen Fernseher haben wir nicht vermisst, zumal gutes W-LAN vorhanden ist. Ein Muss mindestens für den Jugendlichen in unserer Reisegruppe... Kicki und Elisabeth haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gern wieder. Tack så mycket och hej då, Kicki och Elisabeth!

ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen
Malmö und Kopenhagen kennenlernen - dafür war Kickis Guesthouse eine Woche lang die perfekte Unterkunft. Zentrumsnah gelegen, die Bushalte um die Ecke, trotzdem ruhig und sogar mit kleinem, urigen Garten. Die Wohnung hat Stil, ist geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet, gepflegt & sauber. Kicki ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin: total nett, herzlich, hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar und hat uns auch ganz praktisch weitergeholfen. Das war super! Für die Treppe zum Zimmer 1. Etage sollten Knie & Co ok sein😉, ohne Einschränkung ist es kein Problem.

Tolle Unterkunft
Es war eine unerwartete Unterkunft für eine Stadt, und wir fühlten uns ein bisschen in die Vergangenheit zurückversetzt. Ist nicht sehr geräumig, aber völlig ausreichend für ein paar Tage zu viert. Unsere Kinder haben die Unterkunft geliebt!

Quiet apartment with basic but cosy equipment in a beautiful garden
Elisabeth and Kicky have been gorgeous hosts during our 5-day stay in Malmö. On top of the apartment, they provided us five charming bikes to explore the neighborhood, the beaches and the city center. At the same time, we could use their parking place nearby. We had a fantastic and very relaxed time
