About this property

This apartment has three big bedroom, two bathroom and a big and sunny balcony with dining table and sun loungers. It´s very nice and comfortable.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay (towels, bed sheets, kitchen equipment, cable TV international, WIFI, washing machine, ...). It is ideal for a relaxing (couples or family) due to high quality complex.

The resort is a private residential development which is fully enclosed, private security, with private parking space and a lot of space for the children entertainment.

It has 4 pools (one heated and the other specifically for young children) and a big salon area with play table tennis, free WIFI, reading / game center, bar / cafeteria where kids could play.

Outside the complex, there are 4 beautiful beaches, supermarket, bus stop within 2-5 minutes ’walk and 10 minutes’ drive to most interesting parts of Tenerife. The apartment is new and meets all the requirements established in the laws and especially in urban lease law.

Upon request, a baby's crib & chair will be provided at no additional cost.

Apartamento tranquilo y agradable para descansar en familia

Lo positivo: la urbanización en la que está: tranquila, sin ruidos, piscinas estupendas, decoración preciosa y cuidada. Los demás servicios del apartamento en perfecto estado (electrodomésticos, aire acondicionado, utensilios de cocina,...). Aparcamiento en la puerta del mismo apartamento. Lo negativo: uno de los dormitorios, el de cama nido, no es un dormitorio puesto que no tiene puerta y está al lado de la cocina. El apartamento no tiene persianas ni cortinas opacas, por lo que no hay posibilidad de evitar que entre la luz en todas las estancias desde primera hora.

Lovely, spacious apartment with sunny terrace

The apartment was lovely and plenty big enough for the 5 of us. The apartment is advertised as sleeping 6, so 6 chairs outside (and around the dining table) would have been nice. From the moment we booked, everything went incredibly well. We were kept well informed right up until check out. We were even told to supply details of the kids ages so they could recommend suitable trips for us. There was everything we needed inside the apartment to make it a real home-from-home. Within a short walking distance, there were bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket- a 10 minute walk downhill and less than 4 euros in a taxi back up! The food at the pool bar was good and cooked to order, and reasonably priced as well. The taxi from the airport should be around 35 euros, and took about 20 minutes. The terrace got the sun most of the day, from around 11am and was fairly private. There is a road running through the complex, and a residents car park, which was right outside the apartment, but we only heard a few cars through the day. There was a choice of swimming pools, which were quiet- one smaller one we had to ourselves, which was great to cool off in. It wasn’t big enough for swimming in, but there were two others which were good for swimming. The top pool was advertised as heated- but wasn’t - not while we were there in April. The apartment is in Playa Paraiso, and in the surrounding areas, there are lots of apartment blocks being built. I’m sure that if we go back in a couple of years, there would be much more there. We visited Siam Water Park and travelled there on a bus, for less than 3 euros each. Well worth a visit- but unluckily for us, we went on the one cloudy day we had, so it was a bit chilly after being in the water! Overall, we had a great holiday in a great apartment, and would definitely go back. The rental firm were excellent, and I would definitely rent through this company again. Nothing was too much trouble- we even changed our check out time at the last possible moment, and they were fine with this. Thanks for a lovely week!

Sehr schöne, komfortable Wohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Dass das 3. Schlafzimmer nicht abgeschlossen, sondern in einer Nische integriert ist, hat uns nicht gestört, es gehört aber in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Toll waren die beiden Bäder für unsere 5-köpfige Familie, so hatte jeder seinen Bereich. Die Pools waren sehr schön, genau wie die ganze Anlage, jedoch war der eiskalte, nicht beheizte Pool eigentlich nicht benutzbar. Da wir mit Kindern reisten waren wir umso dankbarer für den beheizten Pool. Auch die Poolbar ist nett und bietet ausreichend Auswahl. Insgesamt ist die Anlage sehr zu empfehlen und ist eine der schöneren in der ansonsten restlos verbauten Gegend!

Adeje Paradise

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit geräumigen Appartements. Die Einrichtung ausreichend für 4 Personen Die Pools sind gut und sauber. Die Poolbar ansprechend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
