Modern new apartment with terrace, located only 200 m from the beach. This beautiful newly renovated apartment in its 80 square ensures guests real peace and enjoyment in a quiet part of Porec. It takes just a few minutes walk to the old city of Porec and also all other amenities and entertainment facilities are in the close surroundings. Entering the apartment located on the third floor of the building, there is a dining room connected with a large open-plan living room. The living room has an exit to the terrace, from which the sea air can be tasted. With its two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet, it can accommodate a maximum of four persons. The new, modern and fully equipped kitchen provides everything that you would need to enjoy holiday meals with traditional groceries. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit minimalen Anstrichen

Alles wie beschrieben, insgesamt sehr schöne Wohnung, jederzeit gern wieder. Einziges Manko der geringe Wasserdruck und bei offenem Schlafzimmerfenster Straße recht laut. Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer top !
