Never again!

Rafaela was a delight to work with. Very helpful in getting us to the subway. The accommodation was difficult to find. The apartments itself is overwhelmingly damp and moldy. There is nothing in the kitchen to cook with (basic condiments)or clean. Would not recommend

Bring your own Toilet Seat

To put this review in perspective, let me first describe our journey to Lisbon. It was long, nearly 22 hours - including a 3-hour departure delay, a missed connection at LHR, lost luggage in LIS, a metro ride to BmyGuest check-in office, and a re-routed metro ride to Baixa-Chiado due to a metro line closure. Through it all, we arrived at the apartment at 8:30pm in good spirits and looking forward to a shower and a good night sleep. Entering the apartment building, we were greeted with the stench of stale cigarette smoke and a musty, mildew smell. We made our way up the narrow staircase and successfully entered the apartment. The hopes for a shower and sleep were put on hold since the apartment was dirty, sheets had not been changed, a pile of dirty towels sat on the bed, and there was no toilet seat. Apparently a previous guest broke the toilet seat and BmyGuest was unable to replace it. We quickly reached out to the property manager and we had to vacate the property for another hour so he could send cleaners to do what should have been done hours earlier. While BmyGuest apparently does not hire reliable cleaners, they do hire great photographers. What appears to be a cute, charming, well maintained apartment is really a dirty, musty, and poorly maintained unit. There is a huge water stain on the bathroom ceiling, flooring in the kitchen is delaminating, and rust stains on the bathroom sink. I requested refund of the cleaning fee - BmyGuest denied the request. Stay Away!!!

appartement décevant et check-in compliqué

Check-in à faire à l'agence qui loue l'appartement et non sur le lieu de la location. Donc prévoir 2 déplacements avec la valise... Pas de solution proposée pour garder la valise avant l'heure du check-in !! (arrivée à Lisbonne à 13h et check-in à 16h), alors que la même agence prévoit un système de gardiennage de valise avec Nannybag. c'est ce que nous avons fait par nous même. Nous avons déposé notre valise à l'agence qui nous dise que cela n'était pas possible... Une fois les papiers faits et le paiement réalisés (pourquoi cela ne peut-il pas être faits en ligne comme chez les concurrents?), nous nous sommes rendus à notre appartement. Il était 17h et le ménage n'était pas fait!! Personne n'était joignable à l'agence... La femme de ménage est venue vers 19h... Celui-ci a été fait rapidement, et il ne fallait pas être très exigent... (siphon de douche plein de poils et cheveux, évacuation difficile... notamment) les photos de la location ne correspondent pas trop à ce qui est sur place (bravo à celui qui a pris les photos!!). La TV était HS, la clim présente était hors service (mais pas prévu dans la location, seulement en décoration!!). L'entrée de l'immeuble fait peur, un ménage ne serait pas du luxe. Les voisins sont très bruyants, et jusqu'à très tard... Sinon l'emplacement est bien pour visiter à pieds. En résumé, rapport qualité/prix décevant!! A éviter

Enttäuschung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön, man kann die Stadt von ihr aus gut erkunden. Viel mehr Gutes lässt sich leider nicht sagen. Den Schlüssel muss man in einem Büro abholen, das ca. eine halbe Stunde mit dem Bus entfernt ist und erst um 16:00 öffnet. Da wir in der Mittagszeit in Lissabon ankamen, verbrachten wir noch eine Stunde im Büroviertel der Stadt. Rafaela, die in der Agentur arbeitet, ist freundlich und bemüht. Als wir am Haus ankamen, in dem die Wohnung ist, begrüßte uns neben Zigarettenrauch eine tote Kakalake (Sie blieb auch die nächsten 5 Tage dort liegen.) Die Wohnung selbst sieht nur noch wie eine blasse Erinnerung der Fotos aus. Steckdosen sind locker, der Teppich siffig und verschlissen, das Laminat in der Küche wellt sich, im Bad findet sich ein großer Wasserfleck an der Decke, die Klimaanlage geht nicht, weil keine Fernbedienung vorhanden ist. Dass das dritte Bettzeug und Handtuch für unser Kind fehlte, war dann noch ein zusätzliches Ärgernis. Rafaela brachte es im Anschluss an ihre Bürozeiten um 22:30Uhr noch vorbei. Schade, wird hatten - bei den Fotos - wirklich mehr erwartet.

Très bon emplacement

Idéalement situé au coeur du Barrio Alto, rue calme, très central pour decouvrir la ville. Appartement fonctionnel pour 2 personnes. Check in et check out facile.
