Wonderful stay at Poppy Cottage. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The location is wonderful - very peaceful and lots of things to do. There are lots of walks, bike rentals and Louth has lots of great shops and restaurants. Communication with Emily was perfect. We will definitely visit again.
A beautiful and peaceful location and the cabin was homely, warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a shame that the wood burning stove was out of action but we certainly weren't cold as the wall mounted heaters were very efficient and we found the cabin held the heat very well.
We all had a great time in poppy lodge very clean and in a nice location. The owner was really easy to get hold off always got back to me asap we will be booking again and recommend to book to stay here
I thought Poppy Cottage was well equipped for our family. It felt homely, and was in the right location for beaches! We visited Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes during our stay. Also great location to visit Sutton on Sea, Skegness and Ingoldmells. My only criticism is that the fridge shelf was broken and our kettle had a fault that it was overheating when the on/off switch had switched off? I alerted Emily of my concerns and she replied promptly. Would be great if the property had a freezer!
We had a really lovely holiday at Poppy Lodge. It is in a good location and only around 20-35 minutes to beaches and attractions. Poppy Lodge was clean and tidy when we arrived. Rooms are a lovely size and it is a home from home experience.
We had a couple of queries which were answered very quickly and in a lovely manner.
Our children loved coming here and we would like to return again!

Excellent Lodge.
Property is great. All of us, 4 adults and two children all enjoyed our stay. The site is clean and spotless. Our granddaughters loved playing in the woods. Loads of room in the lodge and sat with the log burner on in an evening was delightful. Recommend it highly.
