Northwoods Hideaway On Crystal Clear Private Carlin Lake

Our cabin is located on the shores of one of the most desired lakes in the Northwoods ! Carlin Lake is a PRIVATE 153 acre crystal clear gem with NO public access. The cabin is situated on 10 acres with 440 ft of frontage. On the outside there is a private sandy beach, pier for your boat and a fire pit with a swing and 2 rocking adirondack chairs. Whether you want to swim, fish, enjoy water sports or just relax with your favorite book. There is also a picnic table and a charcoal Weber grill, canoe and rowboat for your enjoyment. There are many excellent restaurants nearby to satisfy your taste buds. Close to bicycle, hiking, snowshoe and cross country ski and snowmobile trails also. On the inside the master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom offers a queen size and full size bed and plenty of storage. A/C is available but rarely used as the summer nights are typically cool. For the winter nights there is a newly installed 2021 HVAC system. The bathroom is recently remodeled and offers tub and shower. The kitchen includes refrigerator, electric stove / oven, microwave (located on porch ) and coffee maker along with all cookware and utensils. Recent remodeling included converting the carport into a beautiful THREE season room complete with a farm table with seating for six and a large sofa sectional. We also have WiFi. We are on a newer 2016 well but still ask that we use water conservatively. Recently remodeled 2024 walls and ceilings to knotty tongue and groove pine for that true Northwoods look and feel. NOTE: Three season room is NOT heated.
