Apartment renovated a few years located on the ground floor in a country house divided into 4 apartments 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Large enclosed shared park with umbrella, chairs and garden table. Kitchen / living room (fridge, 4 burner stove and electric oven). Double sofa bed, Bedroom with double bed and wardrobe closet. Full bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower with shower tray. The house has mosquito nets on the windows and parking on the outside of the property. In the Municipality of Campiglia there is a tourist tax of 1 euro per night per person to be paid in cash upon arrival.
