Great visit
We had a nice stay in Big Bear. The house was definitely big enough for our family of 8 and our 2 dogs. Although the house needs a little bit of updating, it was a very pleasant experience. Loved the space and the bear decor was fun.

Cute cabin
Cute house. Not as big as expected from the pictures but still comfortable for my family of 6. The mattresses on the bunk beds were horrible my kids ended up sleeping on the floor but the rest of thought the other beds were comfy. We never did figure out how to get the Ac to run so when it was 90 out it was pretty hot inside. For the price I would expect the games to be included. I’ve never stayed at a place where you had to pay to play the games. Fridge door doesn’t shut all the way so be careful and there are a few board on the kitchen floor that are raised and we stubbed our toe several times. Really enjoyed the front porch for coffee in the morning and jacuzzi at night.

Nice place to stay but would not stay there in the summer
Overall the house was nice. Had 4 bedrooms and lots of space which was nice for 2 families of 4 to stay in. Had a large driveway, large deck and porch with was nice for the evenings. While it has lots of amenities, I was quite disappointed that the pool table and pin ball machine required quarters to play. I felt that they were trying to squeeze out extra money by making the 2 games pay to play. Also I did read the previous reviews before we went and had anticipated that they would have replaced the broken can opener before our arrival but it was still broken when we were there. This house does NOT have AC which was a bummer. We went in the middle of summer and there wasn't enough air flow to get the house cool at night. They do provide some box fans which was appreciated but the house was HOT and the fans very loud! So much so that we ended up going home one day early. Also beware that they had about 10 cameras around the property that watched every single move you made outdoors. The camera lights would come on at night when there was movement. It felt a bit creepy and voyeuristic. It made me wonder if there were hidden cameras inside the house. Overall the house was decent but I wouldn't stay there in the summer again - way too hot.

Bring lots of quarters
Bring a lot of quarters, all the games except for air hockey requires quarters to play. The description (reviews)only mentioned coins for the pool table. Which by the way uou play becuase they have it pushed against the cabinets in the garage, AND...a boat and a classic car in there, so no room to use the pool cues. Bring your own can opener, theirs doesn't work. Be careful of the kitchen cabinet doors, one fell off when we opened it and hit my sister in the face. ( we fixed it, and the other one as was lose). The master bed was nice, slept good. Although the game room is attached, so expect traffic in the master. The house was comfortable and the front porch was a nice sitting area (except for the creepy cameras that are always watching). Spa was nice and clean( make sure uou get the spa code for the lock box), the neighbor is pretty close off of the back porch where the spa and bbq are, so be considerate with the noise level. Fridge doesn't close very well. A couple of the patio chairs have cracks in them, so be careful, or just don't use. Shower doors in upstairs 2nd bath feel like they are about to fall off, be careful, and the lighting in there socks. Cant use the master jetted tub. There are little yellow signs everywhere. Be careful of the benches for the kitchen table,, they can be like a teeter tater. Oh, and most of the little bears in the kitchen are hiding things like bottle opener, little speard knives..cute. We had a great time and the house accommodated are needs. Didnt like the the late check in time though or the delay in sending the access codes. I do recommend this house, but there could be some minor improvements.

Good for sharing!
We were two families for a 2 night / 3 day stay. Four adults and four children rangin from 2-5 years old. All had a good time. Plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The air hockey was a hit. We enjoyed the house sound system on the OG CD player. The lighting was very pleasant in the house. The front and back porch were very nice to kick back with some adult beverages after a long day of wrangling toddlers. Would stay again.

Great place
Although I thought it was a bit bigger in the living space area it was perfectly cozy and well appointed. I do find it odd that you have to pay for the pool table games it was still great!

Big but cozy for a nice mountain vacation
Big house. Master suite has a game room. 2 cozy living rooms. 1 has not enough seating, the other has very romantic lighting. Dining room table is curved so that was a bit uncomfortable. A bit far from town. It seems like a big house but the layout makes it cozy.
