Welcome to Sea Breeze at the Stone House our home in the sunshine.
The lounge is light and airy with a beamed vaulted ceiling and stylishly furnished.
There are 3 bedrooms ( 2 downstairs ) all of which are air-conditioned and the master bedroom (upstairs) is king-size with ensuite and large wrap around terrace with stunning sea views with furniture to relax and enjoy sunrise and sunset.
On the ground floor there is a separate large family bathroom with walk in shower.
The large kitchen comes fully equipped.
Outside there is an 8 x 4 private pool with loungers and parasols and dining table and chairs plus another separate furnished seating area and a gas BBQ
Turtle beach is a short walk as are 3 different local restaurants all offering excellent Cypriot cuisine.
Taxi transfer from Larnaca and Ercan airport to the villa where you can have your hire car delivered can be organised by our excellent house manager. A car is needed to make the most that North Cyprus has to offer and to get supplies from the local supermarket which is about 6 - 7 mins away.
A 4 min drive will take you to the exclusive Korineum golf course with it's challenging 18 holes or the more relaxing spa for some pampering.
Out and about: Getting around by car is very easy and with so much to see and do you will be spoilt for choice.You can explore the natural beauty of The Karpaz peninsula with only donkeys and turtles for company where the air is clean and the silence is golden. If it's history and architecture you want then historic Bellapais Abbey perched high up with commanding views over Kyrenia or St Hilarion castle with it's climb to the top will leave you breathless. Maybe you just want to sit and relax with a cool drink in the picture postcard setting that is Kyrenia harbour and watch the world go by and choose which one of the many boats that leave daily to explore deserted bays. The choice is yours or you can just sit back and relax.

Great to be back.
The villa get better and better each year. Carol and Terry are always making tweaks, this year on arrival found now patio furniture, new furniture under the gazebo, new television although not used and now connected to mains water for domestic use. This was our 5th visit in six years and it has really become a home from home. Local restaurants are still providing excellent value for money and if you want to have a holiday where you are completely able to unwind, switch off and recharge then I could not recommend it more. The villa gives you a base, although this time around we spent most days around the pool and under the gazebo as the temp was touching 40-45 each day. The owners manager Denise provided an excellent service as she always does, and if you have issues at all Andy the maintenance guy is only a phone call away. Don't like to say as it reduces availability for us but you really should try this beautiful place. PH.Dover.

Lovely holiday
We have just enjoyed a three week break here and had a lovely time .The house is well equipped with everything you might need. Quite modern but also traditional in style. Lots of places to sit ,by the pool or in a shaded place just by the back of the house and also in front,each with a pleasant view. Also quiet which we enjoyed for relaxing when you are not out shopping in Kyrenia or on walks to visit castles or monastery ruins. There is a lovely local beach with a cafe/restaurant which is useful . This is a conservation area as turtle come in and lay their eggs.. There is always Denise at the end of the phone for any help or advise you might need. She helps run the villas in this area..Hope you enjoy your holiday as we have.

Great, great property
As always this villa never fails to provide an excellent base for visiting the area. 3rd time back and 4th to the village. This time 6 of us stayed and there was plenty of space for us all. The pool area is fantastic and with the new addition of pool steps has made the area even better and would now think this is fine for children as well. Plenty of places to sit in shade if this is what you need and if you want a little solitude. Have to say that we again only used Benoz of the village restaurants but this is because over the years we have got to know the owner Ergan and Eleg and their children but there are so many restaurants around to choose from you could eat in a different one each night for many days or weeks. All offer extraordinary value for money and it is probably cheaper to eat out than in. If you choose the later then the villa has a well equipped kitchen and there is a also a barbecue if you wish. The property is always clean and beautifully presented. Absolutely love the place and have no hesitation in giving 10 out 10 for the property. The property manager Denise will try and cater for all your needs. We are already trying to arrange next years stay! PH Dover.

Excellent accommodation, perfect location. Bounty pack, taxi from Larnaca, car hire all arranged efficiently and very reasonable. We have stayed twice with our teenage sons (free WiFi included!) and will be back again.

Amazing Villa
This Villa is just the amazing home ever! We have been here twice and will be returning again in 2018. Everything you need for a relaxing break, the pool, garden and villa are immaculate. It has become like a second home to us and Carol has always been very helpful and informative with everything we needed to know as was Denise and Andy. The weather was amazing, lots of supermarkets nearby and plenty of things to see and do! Cannot wait to be back and i can highly recommend this villa.

Excellent Home from Home.
Beautiful location, second time at property and already booked to come back in September 16. Have stayed also at property next door sorry to say not quite up to the standard of Sea Breeze. Everything you could hope for and more. Have enjoyed many villa holidays but nothing compares for peace and quiet. About 10 mins from Kyrennia or Girne as now known. Local restaurants are great as they are only a stones throw away. Turtle beech is a short walk but you do have a café/restaurant there serving food and drinks. Found a new steak house on the road into Kyrennia which is highly recommended and of course for a special night there is always Bellapais Abbey there are details in the villa. The pool area is not really suitable for young children unless they are competent swimmers or you keep an eye for them but for 6 fifty and sixty some things we love it. Food is cheap if you want to eat in and there are plenty of supermarkets close by. The kitchen area has all the appliances that you might need. There are various seating areas for reading, watching your I-pad or just dozing the afternoon away. Absolutely love the place. PH.Dover.

Great holiday for the cockroaches!!!!!!
on first impressions the villa looked great until we noticed the smaller details like a washing machine drawer that was so dirty it had scum everywhere, the cable tv didn't work for the first week, the air con in our daughters bedroom packed up and at over 40 degrees was horrible for her, the electric kept going off, the garden furniture was dirty, and the biggest problem we had was a infestation of cockroaches inside and outside. we were sick of making complaints to Denise and Andy so we asked for a visit from Denise the homes manager and she refused..... so I got in touch with Carol the homes owner in the uk and she said her team had dealt with our complaints fine. well clearly there is a breakdown of communication somewhere..... We took photographic evidence but I'm unable to upload them on here which is a real shame.... plus emails from the homes owner that may make potential bookers think twice...

A real home from home!
We were very happy with our choice of villa. The Sea Breeze is a real home from home. The standard of the accommodation, the location and the friendly locals made this a very enjoyable experience. We have never had such a relaxing holiday. This is the perfect way to relax and unwind. We can’t wait to return to Alagadi. The villa is lovely and extremely comfortable. The perfect place to chill and relax. We were extremely sad to leave and could easily have stayed longer. We will miss our early morning coffee on the balcony gazing out over the sea. We first visited Alagadi Bay in 2015 and immediately fell in love with the village. We love the peace and quiet and the fact that we are only a short car trip away from Girne, Bellapais etc. Although you don’t have to travel very far to eat some very good food. The village has a few great places to eat, our favourites are Benoz and St Kathleens, both serve delicious food and always make you feel very welcome. We were very pleased to see that there was a new restaurant this year - the Alagadi Bay Restaurant. Make sure you pay a visit the food is lovely and Ahmet and Dervis will make you feel very welcome. Make sure you ask Ahmet to make you one of his delicious cocktails. We must mention Denise and Andy who provide a great support service and are always happy to help. Denise was vey helpful when we needed a good dentist. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday!

Paradise again!
My wife and i again have had the most amazing two weeks in this fantastic villa, it certainly is a place of pure beauty and we will never tire of the view from the porch...stunning!! and i must say we never heard anything from the electical plant in the far distance and the only thing we saw in that direction was the start of a fantastic sunset, cannot wait to be back to what we can only describe as our second home, thank you.

Beautiful house in great location
This villa is a beautiful and well equipped property in which to base your North Cyprus adventure. Waking to the views of the Kyrenia mountains on one side and amazing sea views the other we really did feel blessed on our first morning, be sure to listen out for the farmer and his goats and sheep! The house has a fantastic pool and enough area for the kids to play either indoors or out. It's location, just off the main coast road makes for easy access to the surrounding towns and villages, you will need to rent a car to make the most of the adventure though, but the house manager will be able to arrange this for you with little for you to worry about bar the locals driving habits. Girne is a must visit and take a boat trip out of the beautiful harbour, we chose 'Princess' and had a wonderful day out. Lots of restaurants at the harbour for you to check out, mostly offering the same kind of foods but we had several good meals there. Locally you must visit the turtle project but be sure to phone at midday on the nail to ensure you book a place to release hatchlings on the beach that evening, a magical experience. Local restaurants are highly recommended too, especially the one right on the beach by the harbour in the evening. Further afield the Karpas Peninsula is certainly worth the drive, it truly feels like you are entering a different country in places and there are some fantastic beaches to enjoy, secluded bays, and stunning mountain views on the way home. We crossed the 'Green Line' in Nicosia, just because we felt we had to and experienced 40 years of decaying bullet holed houses, nothing much on the Greek side other than a bus station and a few general shops unless you get a bus in to the main commercial district but beware they will not accept your TL, we used £sterling instead as we had this on us. Overall a fantastic holiday, in a beautiful setting, perfect weather, clear blue seas, and a fabulous house to call home. My only criticism would be the monstrosity of a power station located just over the hill from the house, not too much of an intrusion but you can hear the engines whilst sitting outside at night, and see the diesel smoke in the air - it did not affect the property and we could not smell any fumes from the plant, but as the pool area and terrace face it's direction it's work a mention. Not to detract from a stunning house in a beautiful location, we hope to be back one day.

Well equipped and homy villa!
Communication with the house owners was really pleasant. Response on questions upfront were quick and friendly, so a really good pre-holiday-experience. Contact with handyman and property manager was comfortable as well. We directly felt comfortable in the cozy and homy villa. Villa is perfectly equipped and has a fantastic interior. Different places in the garden (sun or shadow) where you can sit/lie to enjoy the stunning view (mountains, sea). Lots of information available about the island. Even a book with walking trails. We would really recommend this villa, you won't be disappointed!

lovely villa, great pool, turtles amazing!
We had excellent service throughout the booking process, both from the owners and the housekeeper. Great advice, prompt responses and always positive. Could not have done more for us and always available. Villa very home from home, well equipped and loved by owners. Pool superb and much needed in that heat! Good local restaurants and beach for turtles nearby, an amazing 'must' experience. Friendly but not pushy local people, easy to get around on roads, easy to find supermarkets and any products needed. Diving school at turtle beach was a really good introduction. Would recommend to others and certainly consider returning! Slightly disappointed with road noise as only just behind house, but at night when aircon on and windows/shutters closed, you don't notice it. All in all, thank you for a wonderful escape from the madness of home, work and exams - all the family loved it and came back refreshed and very brown!

BEAUTIFUL VILLA, GOOD LOCATION
The owners are lovely and really helpful during the initial consideration and research phase, plus any other questions at any other time. Similarly, the housekeeper was wonderful and sorted any problems, with the help of great handymen team! Really well equipped villa, beautiful pool and nice quiet development - no neighbours when we were there either so even better! Everything good quality, clean and tidy, high standard and all mod cons. Occasional power cuts to be expected and always candles, torches etc. Road behind a bit noisy at night but ok once aircon on and windows shut. Turtle beach fascinating and well worth spending time there for a couple of evenings - releasing baby turtles into the sea was a holiday highlight. Local restaurants pretty good and easy to drive to a number of supermarkets. Some lovely sites to visit around the North part of the island. Car essential. Overall a wonderful experience, excellent care from owners and the team on site and would recommend!

The most relaxing place ever!!
My wife and i have had the most amazing two weeks in the sun, the villa is just perfect, the pool was gorgeous and the weather hot hot hot!! There was plenty to see and do and Denise the villa manager was a great help too along with handyman Andy, Carol and Terry you have a little gem here and we look forward to coming back again!

Relaxing home from home.
Second time at this property and was not disappointed to return. As soon as you open the door and enter the villa you can feel the stress of travelling fall away. The property is as discribed in the sleepy village of Alagadi 20 mins from Girne. The pool was a sanctuary in the heat wave during our stay. We had five guests this time and still found quiet corners to sit and read listen to music or just dose off. Diane who looks after the property for the owners is only a phone call away if you do need anything but I can assure you that this is the best villa we have ever rented you will not be disappointed. Local restaurant Benoz still offers amazing value for money and would also recommend the Stone House just past the Essenteppe turning but not on a music night! Even cheaper to eat out than in 2012 because of the rate of exchange. Cannot fault the place, only wish was going back within the next few months. PH.Dover. 05/08/2014,

Great Villa, Great location
We have just come back from an amazing week at sea breeze, the weather was absolutely beauitful and the breeze was excatly what we needed. The villa was surpurp and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect. A short walk to turtle beach and the turtle project and we was lucky enough to see some baby hatchings, well worth doing. There were also 3 resturants in walking distance. I would highly recommend benoz, owned by a lovely family and the food was brilliant. Would defiantly come back again! Thank you Carrol you have a great team ensuring our hoilday ran smoothly.

Amazing weather and gorgeous villa!
Villa was perfect, located near numerous beaches. Weather was gorgeous in October, just right, 25 - 29 degrees everyday. Well organised on arrival and return, quick pick up from airport - no waiting around. Local restaurants offer amazing food at reasonable prices, within a 5 minute walk. 10 lovely nights at Sea Breeze!
We have just returned from 10 sunny nights. We were a party of 4 with an additional person joining us for 4 nights and found the villa to have everything we needed, it was home from home! The villa certainly lives up to its sea breeze name as on most days and nights we had a wonderful breeze from the ocean which really helped to cool the lounge area down. The gardens and pool area are superb and we spent many hours lazing around the pool and having lunch outside under the gazebo area. Denise the local manager is a great asset and was on hand to help us from the moment of arrival - having our supper of cold chicken, rice and salad waiting in the fridge with wine and beer - this was fabulous! There's a mobile in the house which you can use to contact Denise and this is a great idea. The water cooler in the kitchen saves on buying bottles of water from the supermarket and was so cheap to replace at £2 from a local store. Our hire car was brought to the villa and we left it there when we returned to the airport which really saved on the hassle of visiting a car hire shop during our stay. Again all arranged by Denise. The owners, Carol and Terry could not have been more helpful from the first moment I enquired about the villa and feel like they are old friends. We all slept very well as the beds were most comfortable and the air con in the bedrooms an absolutely godsend in the August heat. The views from the front of the villa to the ocean and village were something we never tired of and sitting on the front porch with the morning cuppa is something I am really missing now we are back home. The view to the back was of mountains and very relaxing. The villa is very well equipped and we found everything we needed for day to day living as well as trips to the beach. There is a cool bag, beach chairs, beach shoes and snorkels - what more could you want! The garden is much more established now than the photos here show with beautiful plants and flowers. The pool area is not overlooked and we had total privacy whilst around the pool. We used a couple of the restaurants in the village below the villa, both within walking distance and had really nice meals in both at very reasonable prices. We were lucky enough to release 200 1 day old turtles into the sea with the turtle conservation project which is located a few minutes walk from the villa - this is something we will never forget a wonderful experience. All in all a fab holiday, we hope to return!

Fantastic villa, good location, great holiday
We had a great holiday at this lovely villa. The villa had everything we needed and the pool was lovely- a great hit with the 3 teenagers we took! The local restaurants and beach were all added attractions. You need a car but this is all seamlessly organised by Denise, we went to the port of Kyrenia but also explored the villages in the mountains and found some great food and friendly people. We loved our time here and will be booking again.

Villa Seabreeze, Aligadi Village, North Cyprus.
This villa is as described which from experience is not always the case. The situation is perfect if you want a completely relaxing and recharging holiday but within 10-15 mins you can be in Girne (Kyrennia) if you want some town life.Turtlke beach is within walking distance and there are so many restaurants with 10 mins that you never really need to eat in, one local one Benoz,five mins walk is worth more than a look, we ate there every other night, the menu is not extensive but the food is good and the owner is friendly, did not go much on the other 2 in the village but that was personal choice. The current exchange rate makes it cheaper to eat out! The facilities in the villa are all that you could expect and it really felt like a home from home. The pool area is fabulous but you would need to supervise kiddies. Weather was always just over 40 degrees during the days. Would certainly rebook the villa and would highly recommend it. Relaxing holiday

Sea Brezes at the Stone House
We have returned from a two-week holiday knowing that we would be eager to re-book. We had our daughter and her partner with us for the first week and then on our own for the last week. The villa was very much a home from home and we enjoyed the facilities and the pool. We have friends living in the village and so only availed of the hire car, which was no problem. Was waiting for us on our arrival and was easy to leave at the end of our stay. Denise was helpful and friendly and the pool was well tended by Andy. We would recommend this villa to others and hope to go back next year, if available at the time we wish to go.l

Fabulous Holiday
May 2012. Two adults staying for two weeks and what a fantastic two weeks we had ! From our first contact with Terry and Carol we were advised on just about everything which put myself and my partner at immediate ease. We were also very impressed with the Property Manager Denise who organised for the taxi to pick us up from the airport and also the hire car. When we landed the taxi was waiting and when we got to the villa the hire car was also ready and waiting for us. None of those tedious long hire queues at the airport. Brilliant. We would strongly advise anyone to organise their car hire through Denise. We had an incident one evening when we thought the car wouldn't start. She answered her phone immediately, it was 10,30pm and she organised for a taxi to take us home. The next day the hire car was ready and waiting outside our villa by 9am as there had been nothing wrong with the car it had been our error. We were very embarassed but we were not charged anything which certainly would not have happened in this country! The villa itself was absolutely lovely with everything you could possibly need. It was very well furnished and the pool was a delight to cool down in after being in the midday sun. All in all if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a great villa then we can highly recommend Carol and Terrys place in Northern Cyprus. I am sure we will be back.

Great family holiday
Three adults and two children (girls 12 & 9 yrs) stayed for a fortnight in August 2011: Right from the first enquiry with Carol we were put at ease about any concerns we may have about transfers, south/north travel, etc. This continued until just before departure and was picked up on arrival by Denise at Alagadi. Genuine people who could not do enough for us. Other reviews speak about the house and how comfortable it is and we didn't think any differently. The children loved the short stroll to the beach to excavate the turtles with the volunteers and also the release of hatchlings into the sea. A car is necessary at the resort but everything is within easy reach. We don't tend to go to the same place more than once, but we would stay here again if we went to Northern Cyprus and certainly recommend it to friends and family.
