Nice duplex apartment facing the sea, south of Mallorca, 6 min from the beach park d`es Trenc and 4 min from the beach of Sa Rápita. Fully equipped and furnished with great qualities. Air conditioning with heat pump in each unit. Free Wifi, satellite TV. Residential quiet area. A minute and a half walk to the beach of s'Estalella. Ideal area for hiking, beach and bike rides. The beach d'es Trenc, emblematic for its waters, reference of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca
