Spectacular Sea views, recently refurbished and Secluded with own garden
Little Folly is a beautifully redeveloped barn conversion. Located next to Lower Folly in a rural position just outside the village of Nolton Haven, the barn takes full advantage of the views over St Brides Bay. With the beach at Nolton Haven only a short stroll away and the surrounding countryside and coastal walks at your fingertips, where better to enjoy a break with friends or take the whole family away for a beautiful beach holiday. The garden includes a fire pit for atmospheric evenings as the sun goes down and a few solar powered fairy lights create a little magic. Turn these off and the dark sky gives a wonderful opportunity for star gazing.
There are two double bedrooms, a family bathroom, open plan kitchen diner and a cosy lounge with vaulted ceiling and wood burning stove. Both the bedrooms can be set up as twins so it is ideal for couples, friends or families. And if you have a larger party consider Lower Folly as well, which is adjacent and can sleep up to 8 more. The property sits above the tiny bay, great for sandcastles, rock pooling, surfing or accessing the coastal path.

Good location, nice cottage and stocked with everything you would need for a stay. lovely view from garden but unfortunately could have been cleaner. Black bits and fluff on carpet in main bedroom, cobwebs behind bedside table and on ceiling in main room. Urine on rim of toilet pan. Black damp in corners of main room and main bedroom which even with heating on could smell throughout stay. Front of draw in twin room also totally missing! unfortunately we also had an infestation of a lot of flies which came from around the sky light windows in the living room. i understand this couldn't have been predicted but wasn't very nice. If these issues could be rectified we would return but not as it stands at the moment.
We had a great week at Little Folly, and although the weather was stormy the cottage was warm and cosy. The cottage has great views from the back garden and is a short 10 minutes walk down to the beach. It equipped with everything you need for a great break, and we hope to be back soon.
We had a wonderful time in Little Folly. The location is brilliant and views from the garden spectacular. Little Folly is a great base for hiking and water sports. We enjoyed the cottage and the garden. Thank you for having us.

It could be a lovely cottage, the view is amazing!
The view from the cottage is wonderful, but unfortunately the cottage itself was not clean. The bedroom was reasonable, but the shower room was dated. The shower room was in need of complete refurbishment. It was such a shame, as it could be a lovely cottage. However, we did not feel that it justified its 4-star rating, or the amount of money it cost to rent.
The garden and the view to the sea were fantastic, the cottage was well equipped.
The only critizism we had at the arrival was, that we first had to clear the rooms of cobwebs and spiders. Besides, there was a constant musty smell in the living room which couldn' t be removed by frequent airing of the cottage.
We loved our holiday here at Nolton Haven. We have had an amazing time and enjoyed every minute. Hope we might be back and will definitely recommend this property to our friends.
The views form Little Folly were even better than expected ,. super comfy house and well laid out. The farm shop at Nolton cross is very good . Once back on the main road it's easy to get from a to b .
Very quiet and relaxing stay. Thankyou.
This property is perfect for a couple on their own or with 2 young children. The kitchen is large with good appliances and has a separate fridge and freezer. There is heating on demand if it gets chilly in the evening and plenty of hot water. The sitting area is comfortable with a modern TV with access to catch-up, Netflix etc. There a a small secluded garden and table and chairs outside with lovely views across St Bride's Bay. The location is perfect for exploring the St David's, Haverfordwest and Tenby area and the Wales Coastal Path. The Haven Brasserie is half a mile down the road at Nolton Haven and serves amazing food with relaxed and great service. We had a perfect week!!
Very nice conversion of barn with views to the sea and Skomer beyond. Close to the beach at Norton or the bigger one at Broad Haven. Parking and access to the coastal path at both.
Norton Brassiere for Sunday lunch a must. But book!
Lovely trip to Skomer, also must book.
The best thing about this holiday is the beautiful sea view, particularly from the garden. Quite high up from the sea meant that the garden was very windy to sit out in. Our bedroom floor was a bit creaky underfoot. (It felt like a board was loose). The large bed was extremely comfortable as were the two sofas in the lounge. The TV instructions that were left did not appear to relate to the TV that was there. Would have appreciated instructions for the use of the microwave. Dishwasher worked well as did the washing machine and no problem drying clothes with the strong winds! 10 to 15 mins walk to beach at Nolton Haven which is fairly steep and road is quite narrow with only a few passing places. The Haven Brasserie serves a delicious Sunday lunch. Many good places in Pembrokeshire to visit.
The cottage was lovely, garden had great views and location amazing with a 10 min walk to Nolton Haven beach and c30 mins to both Newgale and Druiston beaches along a fantastic coastal path. The area is wonderful for coastal walks and beaches and we would definitely recommend!
What an amazing place to stay!
Spacious house and wonderful surroundings.
Beds are firm ...my personal preference is softer!
Visited Hilton Gardens two minutes up the lane...a hidden gem!
So quiet and dark at night.
It's 1 1/2 miles off main road down country lane so hardly any traffic.
We found the property exactly as advertised. Lovely location just 10 minutes walk from the sea and access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal path. Very comfortable house and facilities (including Internet) were good - important to us as we run our own business and needed connectivity. Would definitely recommend.
Our 2nd visit to Little Folly - once again a fantastic location with warm, comfortable accommodation. One area of feedback would be arrival time of 5pm is late & 9am departure early - we understand Covid cleaning requirements. Thanks for a great stay!
Had a wonderful 3 weeks at this brilliant cottage. It was lambing season so plenty of spring lambs to see and the weather was fabulous for our local walks. The cottage has everything you could need and the WiFi is super quick. Hosts are wonderful and I can’t wait to return in a weeks time. Thanks Kay & John.
Lovely cosy cottage to return to after a day walking the glorious peninsula.
On arrival the cottage was warm and inviting!
The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows.
A great stay - would recommend.
Thank you.
beautiful cottage fabulous views towards the sea inside is immaculate amazing comfortable bed the kitchen has everything you need the lounge is cosy with a wood burner lovely garden even though there is a house next door it all still remains very private,a stroll of about 10mins takes you down to the beach/cove lovely coastal walks on your doorstep will definitely return in the near future.
Can really recommend this lovely cottage, in a quiet setting. The views from the cottage were stunning, and great garden to sit out in. The fire pit area was also well used! Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you.
We had a lovely stay at Little Folly. Ideally situated for exploring Pembrokeshire and equipped with everything we needed for our two week family holiday.
