A very spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the second floor of the Playa & Golf complex in Marina de la Torre, Mojácar, just 100 meters from the beach.
The 102 m2 apartment has a large and bright living room with access to a southwest-facing terrace with beautiful views of the golf course with its lake, an open kitchen with all appliances and granite countertops, 3 bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. Two large bedrooms have access to a second east-facing terrace with a utility room and side sea views. The third bedroom overlooking the golf course has an en suite bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms, a family room with a bathtub and a second one with a shower cabin.

The apartment has an air conditioning and heating system that is controlled individually. In addition, an underground parking space. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, and there is no elevator.

Lovely apartment

Spacious, clean apartment with lovely views over the golf course and out to sea. Good balcony space from all 3 bedrooms. The large rooftop terrace was a bonus. We were a party of 6 and the apartment didn't feel at all cramped. Shared pool was lovely - easy access from the apartment and generally quiet. Unusually, there were no sunbeds at poolside. But this wasn't an issue for us as the apartment was so close and has plenty of outdoor space. Good wifi and easy to use TV with lots of choice. A few minor things that might have made it even better: - There were 2 sunbeds plus 2 recliner chairs. 6 would help larger groups like ours! - provision of a few basics like condiments for cooking would be welcome and avoid a lot of waste. As it is, it seems all guests have to buy their own and clear out what they don't use on departure. - we arrived at 11.15pm and the only shop nearby closed at 11pm. We'd taken a direct transfer from the airport so had no provisions - not even water. I'd love more owners to offer a welcome pack of basics - water, bread, spread - to make that first night simpler. The location is beautiful - lovely views and close to a nice beach. There is a small shop nearby but the bigger supermarket is nearly 2km away and taxis didn't seem easy to find. Buses to the main strip of restaurants on Mojacar Playa and the Pueblo are a decent option. But many might prefer the ease of a car. Great and friendly comms from the host - thank you!

Ort/Lage sehr gut- Apartment hat Verbesserugspotenzial!

😃 Die ruhige gepflegte Wohnanlage mit Blick auf den Golfplatz war toll. Die Zimmer/Badezimmer und Betten sind schön gross und waren bequem und sauber. Der TG-Parkplatz war prima. 🙁 Leider gibt es im Wohnzimmer keinen richtigen Esstisch. Es hat einen aufklappbaren Tisch, der mit den Stühlen gar keinen richtigen Platz hatte. Die hellen Polster der Barhocker und der Essstühle waren vermutlich gereinigt, aber hatten alle viele Flecken. Das alles sieht man auf den Fotos nicht. Eine Bratpfanne war aussen völlig ölig im Schrank versorgt und eine Pfanne musste ich auch vor Gebrauch reinigen. Die Stühle auf den beiden Terrassen waren etwas rostig. Die Verdunkelungsvorhänge in den Zimmern waren teilweise nicht mehr an der Vorhangstange befestigt und sind runtergehangen. Leider alles in allem etwas ungepflegt.

Excelente estancia

Vivienda con dormitorios muy amplios y gran limpieza. Sin duda alguna muy recomendable. Cocina completamente equipada que incluye lavavajillas aunque no lo indican en la ficha. Posee acondicionamiento térmico en todas las habitaciones

Summer Holiday

Clean and large apartment perfect for a relaxed holiday in a lovely location. Short trip on the regular bus to lovely restaurants, easily walkable but just slightly to long in the what for our young children. Really easy check in experience and helpful host showed us everything we needed in the apartment. Roof terrace was huge and perfect to see the lovely views from the apartment. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Family holiday to Mojacar

We have just got back from a one week family holiday in Mojacar. The area is beautiful and the apartment was amazing. Would definitely recommend this apartment. In my opinion the photos on the website do not do it justice. This is a luxury apartment with plenty of inside and outside space to enjoy.

Séjour parfait très apprécié de toute la famille

Appartement superbe, très agréable dans une belle Résidence très calme , spacieux , en très bon état , bien agencé et bien équipé avec 2 terrasses vue golf et piscine et vue mer ... très proche de la mer...surface idéale pour 6 personnes . Au TOP à revenir sans modération... et à recommander 👍👍
