Clevelyn is a mid-terrace fisherman's cottage situated in the village of Staithes, North Yorkshire. Hosting three bedrooms; a first floor double with en-suite, a second floor double, and a second floor twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a lower ground floor kitchen with dining area, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. Load/unload outside property only, and a council run car park and Glen Vale car park, at top of bank approx. 5 mins walk away. Located in a lovely area with much to explore in and around the destination, Clevelyn is a charming cottage in a memorable part of England.

Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for woodburner available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Load/unload outside property only. Council run car park and Glen Vale car park, at top of bank approx 5 mins walk away. Sorry, no smoking. One well-behaved dog allowed. Shop, pub and beach 2 mins walk. Note: There are steep, winding cottage stairs in this property. Note: Limited mobile phone signal.

Town: The seaside village of Staithes is surrounded by high craggy cliffs on three sides and there is a sheltered sandy beach set amongst the rocky coastline. Staithes has a good selection of pubs, shops and tea rooms. The best views of the town can be enjoyed from the Cleveland Way which runs down the cliffside to the sea's edge. A superb base for exploring the Yorkshire Coast, Scarborough and the moorland villages.

Cosy but spacious in a fabulous location
Our New Year break with 2 families and dog was absolutely wonderful. Cosy yet spacious, well equipped and situated in a fabulous location. Nice pubs, little shops and friendly locals. All in all...Fabulous!
